Holiday Hunger Relief: How Tripleseat is Supporting Community this Holiday Season

No one should ever have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table. Yet for millions of Americans, food insecurity is a daily reality — one that becomes even more urgent during the holiday hunger relief season. At Tripleseat, we believe businesses have a responsibility to help change that, and we’re proud to take action in meaningful ways.

This quarter, Tripleseat is dedicating our Community Program resources to the fight against hunger. Our team is proud to support Feeding America, alongside various local initiatives addressing food insecurity. Our goal is to drive tangible change through both corporate financial support and active employee volunteerism.

In the spirit of giving, we are also launching our End-of-Year Impact Initiative: we will be rewarding every prospective client who books a demo of our event management software by making a donation in their name, turning our business goals into community support.

Launching Our Internal Community Program

As announced during our recent all-hands meeting, Tripleseat is kicking off a company-wide holiday hunger relief drive running through the end of the year. To amplify our employees’ generosity, Tripleseat will match up to $2,500 in total employee donations.

Team members are encouraged to support the cause in whichever way is most meaningful to them:

  • Donate nonperishable goods to a local food pantry.
  • Give a monetary donation to Feeding America or any food bank of their choice.
  • Volunteer their time using our paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit.

We’ve set up an internal tracking system where employees can share photos, stories, and updates from their volunteering and donation efforts. We can’t wait to celebrate our collective impact and contributions to holiday hunger relief through our ‘Take Care of the Community’ initiative.

A Deeper Corporate Commitment

Our support doesn’t end with empowering our team. As part of our holiday hunger relief efforts, Tripleseat is making a direct corporate donation to Feeding America. By combining employee-driven action with company-level support, we’re able to make a deeper and more meaningful contribution during a critical time of year.

Encouraging Service Through Our VTO Policy

Giving back is woven into Tripleseat’s culture, especially through holiday hunger relief efforts. Through our Volunteer Time Off policy, every full-time employee receives paid time to volunteer with organizations and causes they care about. This ensures no one has to choose between work responsibilities and serving their community.

Whether it’s stocking shelves at a food pantry, supporting a meal program, or volunteering with another local organization, we encourage our team to use their VTO hours to make a difference. As part of this quarter’s Feeding America initiative and our broader holiday hunger relief mission, we’re especially inviting employees to lend their time at local food banks and hunger-relief groups.

“Volunteering at my local pantry reminds me that small actions really do add up,” shared Alexis Clemons, a Tripleseat team member.

Why Feeding America?

Feeding America is the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization, operating a vast network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs. They provide support to 1 in 7 Americans each year. Their scale, efficiency, and impact mean that every contribution — whether a dollar, a can of food, or an hour of volunteer time — helps feed individuals and families who need it most.

Tripleseat is proud to stand alongside Feeding America and local community pantries in the fight against hunger.

Give Back While You Level Up: Tripleseat’s End-of-Year Impact Initiative

This season, Tripleseat is helping hospitality pros strengthen their business and support the causes they care about most. When you take a Tripleseat demo before December 31, 2025, you’ll receive a $25 Charity Choice gift card—giving you the power to donate to one of over 1,000 charities. And if you decide to become a customer of Tripleseat before the year ends, we’ll double your impact with an additional $50 Charity Choice gift card.

It’s a win–win designed to combat seasonality, support holiday hunger relief efforts, help you kick off 2026 with momentum, and empower venues to give back to their communities. Whether you’re aiming to streamline operations, boost bookings, or prepare your team for a stronger year ahead, now is the perfect time to take action—and do some good while you’re at it.

Book your demo, spark positive change, and start the new year with purpose.

We invite our team, our partners, and our broader community to join us in supporting those facing hunger this season. Because when we lift each other up, everyone has a better chance to thrive.
