After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in history, Alexandra joined a rapidly scaling, ed-tech startup in Cambridge, Mass., on the Client Success Team. There, she grew her prowess in Zendesk, relationship management, and cross-functional communication, all while learning about how to confront problems of scale. She values transparency, hard work and humor, and she aims to make sure that all people — clients and colleagues alike — feel respected and heard by her. Now at Tripleseat, she hopes to deliver results and bring that high standard of product and service to those using looking the Tripleseat platform.
Alexandra has a deep love for the world and the people in it. She enjoys Bollywood movies, telenovelas, jollof, and gelato, along with long conversations with strangers, and listening to NPR. Her favorite scent of candle is patchouli, and her guilty shopping pleasure is anything from an antique store. She unashamedly centers her life around her greyhound, who reminds her that it is okay to ask for help sometimes.
