Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms (“Messaging Terms”) govern your participation in the mobile messaging program operated by Tripleseat Software, LLC (“Tripleseat,” “we,” “us,” “our”) on behalf of the restaurant, hotel, or other event venue (“Venue”) whose event inquiry form you submitted. By opting in to receive Messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy at https://tripleseat.com/privacy-policy/. For purposes of these Messaging Terms, “Messages” means mobile messages delivered via SMS, MMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), and any successor or substantially similar mobile messaging channels supported by your device and wireless carrier.
I. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you submit a Tripleseat-powered inquiry form and affirmatively opt in to receive Messages (for example, by checking a messaging consent box and providing your mobile phone number), you consent to receive Messages from the Venue you contacted, or from Tripleseat on that Venue’s behalf, regarding your event inquiry and related services. Typical Messages include confirming date and guest count, checking availability, sharing menu and pricing information, and following up on next steps. The program is transactional and conversational; it is not a marketing broadcast program. Consent to receive Messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
II. DELIVERY CHANNEL
Tripleseat may deliver Messages to you via SMS, MMS, RCS, or any other mobile messaging channel supported by your device, operating system, and wireless carrier. The available channel may change over time and may fall back to SMS when other channels are not supported. The substance of the Messages, your consent, and your opt-out rights are the same across channels.
III. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply to each Message sent or received, regardless of delivery channel.
IV. OPT OUT (STOP) AND HELP (HELP)
You may opt out of receiving Messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, or REVOKE to any Message. You will receive a confirmation reply and will not receive further Messages from that Venue’s program. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or contact us at support@tripleseat.com. Participating carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages.
V. CARRIERS AND PROVIDERS
The program is available on major US wireless carriers and on mobile messaging providers that support the applicable channel. Tripleseat uses third-party mobile messaging providers as subprocessors to deliver Messages on its behalf.
VI. ELIGIBILITY
You must be the account holder of the mobile device (or have authorization from the account holder) and a US resident to participate.
VII. PRIVACY
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, your messaging opt-in status, or any messaging-related consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing, promotional, or solicitation purposes. We share this information only with our mobile messaging service providers for the sole purpose of delivering the Messages you have consented to receive, and as otherwise required by law. VIII. CHANGES
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
