This year, we’ve raised the bar again with Tripleseat feature releases and product updates designed to streamline your processes, elevate guest experiences, and keep you at the forefront of the ever-evolving events landscape.

PartyPay

We know that in the fast-paced world of event planning and hospitality, staying ahead of the curve with efficient event payments is crucial, and that’s why we released Tripleset PartyPay (PartyPay) in 2023. PartyPay is a modern and intuitive payment processor platform tailor-made for the hospitality industry. PartyPay makes accepting payments for your restaurant, hotel, or unique venues as easy as can be with seamless transactions, effortless reporting, security and support you can count on, and more

Meal Periods

In October, Tripleseat launched Meal Periods, creating a more seamless guest-facing experience. Meal Periods refer to specific time frames within the day when certain menus are featured. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, these periods allow venues to offer appropriate menus at the right times, providing a more tailored experience for a venue’s guests. 

Customizable Dashboard Widgets

The new Dashboard Reporting Widgets allow you to filter and view data at a glance. They are customizable per user, allowing you to save the information that’s most important to you, such as only Definite Events this month, this quarter, and this year. 

AI Enhancements

Here at Tripleseat, we like to stay up on the latest innovations and trends so of course, AI and chatGPT is top of mind for us. We worked to figure out how to bring ChatGPT to our customers in a way that would make event work even more efficient. In May, we announced our first ChatGPT integration. This allows Tripleseat users to use ChatGPT to create a more engaging description of your venue on EventUp and on your TripleseatDirect forms. 

Events Grid

Our new Events Grid was an exciting Tripleseat feature highlight, specifically for our Tripleseat Hotels Customers and Booking Customers. The new Events Grid was made in order to increase bookings creation, resulting in efficiencies when creating contracts and documents. 

Insights – New & Improved Pace Reports

Along with several general improvements to Insight, Tripleseat released new and improved Pace Reports. Pace Reports allow Tripleseat users to analyze and compare selected period’s actual and grand total events and booking revenue to the same time last year, allowing them to gauge how their revenue is progressing for certain time periods. 

TripleseatDirect Enhancements

There were a number of TripleseatDirect enhancements made this year to enhance the experience for the Tripleseat user and end customer.

Form Customizations

The Form Customizations enhancement for TripleseatDirect gives users more tools to customize their guest-facing live form. This includes an event-style icon library and a form fields section.

Image Uploader

The Image Uploader allows TripleseatDirect users to upload images to display with menu items more easily. 

Configuration Page Update

This Configuration Page enhancement enables TripleseatDirect users to copy TripleseatDirect configuration settings from one location to multiple other locations simultaneously.
