Updating menus

When you have an updated menu ready, you can add the new catering items in a picklist in Tripleseat. Head to the Settings section and look for Picklists in Documents and Menus and make any changes necessary. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team and they will be happy to help. 

We also enhanced our product further by providing the ability to copy picklists. This is a great feature so you can duplicate similar menus without having to start over with a new picklist in your settings. Each of these features is designed to reduce the time needed to host successful events and make your life easier.

Event styles

One of the best features that we launched last year was the ability to add event styles to your event. With this feature, you can set up the following different types of events: on-premise, full-service catering, pick-up catering, and drop-off catering. The great thing is that you can include the event style in your document header to avoid any confusion. You also have the ability to filter the calendar by specific style to see what’s upcoming. Lastly, you can include an event form dropdown on your lead forms so you know exactly what a customer is looking for.
