Tripleseat Feature Release: 24-Hour Clock

Tripleseat has just released a helpful feature, specifically built with our international customers in mind. The 24-hour clock release gives Tripleseat users the option to display times in their account in a 24-hour format instead of the traditional am/pm, 12-hour configuration. Here’s how it works.

By default, all accounts in Tripleseat will displace times in am/pm format until the following steps are completed. First, go to Settings > Preferences, and under General, check off Use twenty-four-hour time. 

Once this step is completed, all times will automatically update to the 24-hour format, including:

  • Event start and end times
  • Event setup and teardown times
  • Created at times
  • Lead submission times
  • Time merge fields*
  • Custom time fields
  • Direct booking available hours 
  • Daily digest delivery time options
  • Discussion sent times

 

Please note that the time fields on discussions for past events will not update when the time format is switched to 24-hours. This is because the message is saved as part of the HTML once it’s been sent.
