If you’re a summer person and you’re sad that the season is coming to a close, cheer up. September is full of holidays that will help ease the transition into fall.

First, there’s Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 6, which gives you one more warm long weekend for barbecues and warm weather activities. And the rest of the month is marked by holidays that celebrate the best comfort food:

Your restaurant can easily celebrate at least one of these food holidays by adding new versions of these menu items, creating a special deal for them, and sharing photos or videos that show just how delicious they are.

Fall officially begins on Sept. 22 (#FirstDayOfFall) and you can take advantage of the change in seasons by using the hashtag in your social posts that day, as well as by sharing content that focuses on how your venue is updating your food and beverage menus with the flavors of fall.
