How Tripleseat Hotels Helps

  • Streamlining Group Business
  • Providing Teamwork and Accountability
  • Reducing Costs with a Leaner Team
  • Influencing Business Decisions

“Historically, sales directors and revenue leaders tend to fight on rates, but Tripleseat has helped us work together by showing us what we have historically done in the past when deciding on a piece of new business.”

Jennifer Cannistraci, Corporate Director of Sales for Springboard Hospitality

Results with Tripleseat Hotels

Since implementing Tripleseat Hotels, Springboard Hospitality has increased group business from 24% to 32% across the company. Tripleseat Hotels’ modern sales management features have saved Springboard’s sales managers tremendous time, allowing them to be on more sales calls and in front of clients more frequently.

On the corporate level, Cannistraci needs to be aware of what is happening at all properties. Tripleseat Hotels gives her access to any piece of data she needs under one centralized system. No more waiting around for someone to send updates about a property’s group business; valuable information can be accessed and shared with ownership in minutes.

On the sales training level, Tripleseat Hotels has been extremely helpful in keeping a pulse on the sales managers through sales activity reporting to improve internal training. Through viewing the sales activity log, Cannistraci can see where her managers may be struggling and how to get them back on track based on their logged activity.

On the property level, sales and revenue managers work together cohesively. Instead of a sales manager emailing a room block to a revenue manager, they simply put the group booking into Tripleseat Hotels, and the information flows directly into OPERA, their PMS (Property Management System).

Future Plans for Springboard Hospitality

The future at Springboard Hospitality is full of group business! They expect that group sales will continue to increase yearly since the post-pandemic return of business. Springboard Hospitality is currently pacing 30 – 40 % above where they were last year for group business. On the corporate side, companies are excited about in-person gatherings and corporate sales continue to grow. On the social side, Springboard is an ideal place for destination weddings in Hawaii.
