1. What does a dining experience at TAO Las Vegas look like?

TAO Asian Bistro is a dining destination featuring dramatic design paired with signature dishes and drinks; all enveloped in a buzz-worthy atmosphere. Since opening, the restaurant has appealed to an in-the-know crowd, with many celebrities dining under the watchful eye of TAO’s famed 20-foot floating Buddha. 

The menu encompasses Chinese, Japanese, and Thai flavors, with dishes hailing from the land, sea, and sky, complemented by inventive cocktails and an expansive wine and sake offering. You can enjoy a complete evening never leaving TAO, starting with drinks in the lounge, progressing to dinner, and then heading upstairs to the nightclub to continue the party.

2. How do you attract bachelor or bachelorette parties for a private event experience?

Life is made up of many monumental events, and a wedding is one of the most anticipated milestones a couple can make together. 3. What options do couples have when booking their wedding at TAO Las Vegas?

4. As a popular leader in the dining and nightlife space, what is hot in event experiences right now?

One noticeable trend in the industry is clients coming to us that have historically used traditional ballrooms for event spaces for all ranges of event styles. These clients are now looking for creative ideas and ways to change things up by using nontraditional event spaces while still achieving the same result. We have successfully executed numerous conference-style event formats with keynote speakers in our nightclub spaces by incorporating all the bells and whistles of lighting and special effects elements found in the club space into the conference event experience.

We also took the same creative approach and successfully executed what would have been a typical seated dinner format in a ballroom with entertainment into an amazing guest experience in one of our club spaces. This created a first-of-its-kind unique experience, “An Evening Under the Chandelier,” at Omnia Nightclub, another venue in the TAO Hospitality Group portfolio. 

5. How does the team at TAO Las Vegas utilize Tripleseat to help manage the jam-packed event calendar?

Where do I start? Tripleseat is a major contributor to our sales teams’ success and profitability, not only for our Vegas market but for all our locations coast to coast. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a significant client loyalty database, so it is exceptionally helpful for our sales teams on a national level to have insight into each other’s events as we share the same clients globally.
