6 Ideas to Help Your Venue Increase Holiday Bookings and Revenue


It’s crunch time: the holiday season is when hospitality businesses make more revenue than any other time of year. Your venue is in a great position to generate business because customers are actively looking for restaurants and hotels as part of their holiday plans.

Tripleseat’s 2021 Holiday Restaurant and Hotel Bookings survey found that: 

  • 54 percent of consumers have or will use catering services for events
  • Dining out in-person is the top way that consumers will support restaurants this holiday season
  • 66 percent of consumers’ workplaces are planning holiday events, with 84 percent of those events to be held in-person
  • 69 percent of consumers will be booking a hotel to visit family or friends or for a work trip during the holidays
