Tripleseat Upgrade: New Design, Get Leads from Facebook, and Constant Contact Integration

Today we are proud to release three pretty big new features for Tripleseat.

Mmm… Tasty New Design

Since we launched Tripleseat about 2 years ago, we haven’t changed much of the design. A newer, more professional look was definitely needed. Overall, we aimed to give the application a graphical refresher.

Since it’s easy to get carried away when re-designing things, we made it a point to avoid moving things like buttons or filters around, as to not cause confusion for all of our existing users. You should find most everything exactly where it was previously but (hopefully) with an increased sexy factor.

You will see the new design immediately once you log in to the site.

Collect Leads from your Facebook Page!

In our never-ending quest to help our customers get leads for their private dining, banquet, and special event rooms, we’ve now made it ridiculously easy to put your already existing SmartLead Form on to your business’s Facebook Page.

If you’re new to Facebook Pages, check out Facebook’s information page on Pages. Additionally, if you want to dive in and start creating a Facebook page for your business, check out Facebook’s quick-start guide to Pages.

If you already have a Facebook page set up, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to apps.facebook.com/tripleseat and click on the page you want to install the Tripleseat application. Accept all authorization requests.
  2. Go to new newly created “Private Dining” tab on your Facebook page and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Talk about and link to your Facebook Page’s new “Private Dining” Tab.
  4. Start getting leads!

Easy Email Marketing with ConstantContact

We’ve official partnered with Email Marketing giant Constant Contact to make it super easy for you to mass email market to your existing Tripleseat contacts list.

Tripleseat can be configured to automatically send all of your contacts to your ConstantContact account. This allows you to keep your contacts centralized in Tripleseat without the hassle of having to manually export/import them into another system.

For more details and instructions on how to start using ConstantContact, check out the information under Settings -> Integrations inside Tripleseat.

That’s all for this release – Questions, comments, or otherwise please contact technical support or submit a help ticket in the system!
