  • How do my payments get to me?

    Each processor will initiate an electronic deposit into your bank account on a daily basis.

  • Do I need to use a partner to take online payments?

    Yes, you have to use one of our approved partners. There is no charge to set up an account. There is only a fee if something is successfully charged.

  • How do I set up my online payment processor?

    Simply navigate to Settings in your Tripleseat account, then Online Payments, and follow the instructions to add an online payment account. The process to sign up and start accepting online payments is simple, and we’ll guide you through what’s needed to get started and keep you updated along the way.

  • I already have a credit card processor and merchant. Can I accept payments online with my existing partner for Tripleseat events?

    No. While you can continue to use your existing credit card processor and merchant for your business, you will not be able to process those payments through Tripleseat. We do encourage you to still record those transactions for accurate reporting, however. If you go to Settings > Preferences > Dropdowns, you can add a new Payment Method with the name of that external processor. Then, for future events, when you record a payment as paid, you can set the payment method to that processor’s name.

We only partner with leading processors that are well respected in the industry.

  • Standard European-issued cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express  = 1.8% + €0.20 per transaction 
  • EEA cards = 2.8% + €0.20 per transaction
  • International cards = 3.55% + €0.20 per transaction
  • Commercial/Corporate cards: 0.4% (on top of any of above)
