• The new Large Party Reservation feature is a fantastic enhancement to our Tripleseat software. As a user, you’ll find this option under the “Event Style” settings.
• This feature integrates seamlessly with TripleseatDirect, our intuitive online booking platform. Your customers can select their preferred date, time, and location, browse your menu options, and pay directly with their credit card. It’s designed to be straightforward and user-friendly so that your customers can self-book these large parties that are too large for traditional reservations but not quite big enough for an event.
• When a reservation request arrives on your Tripleseat dashboard, users remain in control—similar to handling regular event inquiries. You decide whether to approve the booking or communicate with the customer to make alternate plans.

What is a Large Party?

This refers to parties that are too large for a standard table but not quite large enough to qualify as an event. Think of gatherings where all guests know each other, typically ranging from 10-20 people. Ultimately, the size is up to you.
