Tripleseat Customer Referral Program FAQs

  • Terms and Conditions: Must be a current Tripleseat customer to be eligible for a Referral gift. $50 gifts will be paid out following a completed qualified demo. Referrals deemed to have no use case for Tripleseat will not result in a referral gift. $250 gifts will be paid out when the referral becomes a new Tripleseat customer. A referral must be a new Tripleseat customer. Additional locations or add-on products for existing Tripleseat customers will not result in a referral gift. Program available in the United States only.

  • The program is open to Tripleseat current customers who know a hospitality professional who could benefit from Tripleseat’s event management platform.

  • The reward is $50 per customer referrals processed by the Tripleseat team after the referral is qualified and attends a Tripleseat demo and $250 after they become a new Tripleseat customer.

  • Sign up for the referral program and share the official referral link with a hospitality professional who is not yet a Tripleseat customer. When they submit a demo request through your Tripleseat referral link, this will be considered a referral entry. You will be able to track their progress through your dashboard.

  • A valid referral is typically a new venue or hospitality group that is not already an active customer or in sales discussions with the Tripleseat team. The referral must be submitted through the official form before they sign up.

  • After you submit the form, a member of the Tripleseat team will review the information. They will then reach out to your referral to discuss Tripleseat’s products and services and determine if it’s a good fit.

  • Your first $50 reward will be processed after your referral attends a Tripleseat demo and your second reward of $250 will be processed when your referral becomes a new Tripleseat customer. The status of your referrals and rewards can be tracked in your personal dashboard.

  • There is no stated limit on the number of referrals you can submit. You can refer as many qualifying venues or colleagues as you like.
