Tripleseat’s vision was born from a misadventure in event planning. As our co-founder and CEO, Jonathan Morse – Jono to most – was in the midst of planning his own private event in 2008, he was notified that the event planner lost the paperwork. Unfortunately, losing paperwork back in the olden days meant a literal stack of papers was gone.
Jono, a veteran of both the hospitality and software industries, knew there was a better way to do this and that hospitality professionals deserved a better solution.
After enlisting co-founder Kevin Zink and his software development expertise, the duo brought this vision to life and formed Tripleseat Software.
Since 2009, Tripleseat has grown from two to over 200 employees and is the trusted event management software solution for over 17,000 venues responsible for booking over 10 million events and capturing over $15 billion in event leads.
