Leigh began her career working as a recruiter for an IT staffing agency where she first got a taste of the software world and quickly realized she wanted to be a part of it. In 2014, she made the move to help build out the customer experience department for a local startup company in Atlanta specializing in integrations. In 2015, Leigh began working for Gather (now Tripleseat!) as a Trainer and has been managing the support team for the past three years.

Born in Connecticut and raised in Florida, Leigh now calls Atlanta home. After graduating from Florida State University, she moved to Atlanta to pursue her career. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching college sports, trying new restaurants, being active and hanging out with her dog and new husband.

Chelsea’s lifelong passion for anything and everything food, cooking, and entertaining has led her on a 9 year (and counting) journey through the hospitality and F&B world.  After moving from her home base of Los Angeles, to the Midwest, to the South East, she landed at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) for her undergrad studying Public Relations and Spanish. Chelsea has worked for both major hotel groups, such as MGM Resorts International, and restaurant groups with Wolfgang Puck and Landry’s while in Vegas.

In her free time, Chelsea can be found trying out new restaurants, hiking at Red Rock Canyon, or playing trivia at her favorite Vegas dive bar.

Taylor has been in hospitality for more than 12 years. She fell in love with the industry while working for a beach resort in West Palm Beach, Fla., during her undergrad. After college, Taylor played professional basketball overseas in Sweden. From there, she came back to the states and continued her career in restaurants.

Taylor was born in Boston to a big Italian family. She earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she now resides with her husband, kitty cat and the coolest newborn daughter! She loves anything to do with sports, working out, and traveling and she can’t wait to take baby Kira on new adventures!

After graduating from Kendall College with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Sarah explored an array of different avenues and roles in the hospitality industry before joining the Tripleseat team. She worked at entertainment venues such as Pinstripes, hotel catering sales, and most recently a role with a Chicagoland convention and visitors bureau.

Sarah was born and raised in the Midwest, and is a Chicago sports fan (Go Cubs!) She is often spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, enjoying live music, and playing with her dogs, Effy and Pepper. Sarah enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing two of her favorite things in life: the holiday season and thunderstorms.

After receiving her degree in hospitality and tourism management from UMass Amherst, Christine went on to work in the events industry in NYC for over 12 years. From hotels, restaurants, catering, and other unique event spaces, she has always had a passion for people and is excited to be a part of the Tripleseat team as a Regional Account Manager.

When not working, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Cali. As an avid music lover, she can usually be found at a concert or blasting music in her headphones. Never one to say no to a glass of wine, Christine enjoys exploring new restaurants and hosting friends and family at her home. When not being the “hostess with the mostess”, Christine can be found snuggled under a blanket on the couch binging reruns of “The Office”(for the billionth time).

Katie has spent the majority of her career in restaurants, from her first job as a hostess to her most recent position as Regional Sales and Events Director, working every job in between. She worked with award-winning hospitality groups in Charleston, S.C., and Atlanta, helping them to build and grow their catering and events programs, before jumping into the tech world.

Restaurants are both a career and a hobby for Katie. You can find her exploring the Atlanta restaurant scene three to four nights a week. She is a frequent concert-goer, loves to travel, and enjoys hiking and kayaking at her family’s cabin in the North Georgia mountains.

Carlene spent the last fifteen years learning alongside some of the most talented professionals in the hospitality industry in Chicago, Boulder, Denver, and Napa Valley. She had the pleasure of building events programs from the ground up and refreshing programs that were 15+ years old. No task is ever too big or too small, and she is always up for a challenge.

Carlene is a proud Midwesterner with a soft spot for the mountains, beaches, and vineyards. On the weekends you can find her listening to a local artist or shopping at her local farmer’s market. Carlene loves spending time with her family outdoors and is always up to try something new!

Brittany formally started her hospitality career by attending the Culinary Institute of America. However, food was a big part of her upbringing, cooking for everything from family events to working in the food industry as a teenager; this fueled her desire to attend culinary school. Upon graduation, she moved to the DC area, where she worked in restaurant management and, most recently, event management.

In her free time, Brittany loves spending time with her husband & their two dogs- Jasper and Rosie. She enjoys exploring new areas and finding a new spot to enjoy a meal and a great drink or glass of wine.

After eight years of experience in hospitality at an indoor waterpark and resort, Mark has come to Tripleseat to see the other side of the curtain and provide top-shelf support to our customers! Mark’s previous roles include personnel, entertainment, and event planning.

Over the last few years, Mark has fallen in love with TV shows, including Blacklist, Catfish, and NCIS. While in the kitchen, Mark loves trying and cooking many different dishes from all over. Mark’s biggest motivator is the people he can impact through excellent work and service!

Elsa has worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years within the realms of HR & Event Sales and is excited to join Tripleseat as a national account manager. She received her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago and loves all things hospitality!

Elsa currently resides in the suburbs just outside of Chicago with her husband Kevin, son Kai & their rescue pup Quinn. She loves trying out new neighborhood hot spots and coffee shops, running 15ks & treating herself to the occasional luxurious spa treatment.

Christina’s introduction to hospitality took place at age 16 while working at a smoothie shop on Long Island, NY. Years later, her passion for restaurants and hospitality was solidified when she began working for B.R. Guest Hospitality as a Catering and Events Manager.

In her free time she can be found watching anything on Bravo, hanging with her pup Tucker, and staying up to date on celebrity gossip.

For the last 12 years, Bradley has worked his way up with Maggiano’s Little Italy. Bradley started as a server and eventually moved into a management role. Bradley managed in all positions from front to back of the house, finally ending as a Regional Sales Manager.

Bradley is a happily married man with two beautiful daughters. His wife’s name is Kailey, and their daughters are Charlotte and Josephine. Bradley is a die-hard Wisconsin sports fan and has a new-found passion for smoking meats. In his free time, Bradley loves to spend time with his girls and play video games, if time allows.

Tawatha is a passionate food and entertainment enthusiast. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her MS in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College. She has been working in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years, pursuing her interest in professional theatrical performance during her free time. Tawatha has held various positions ranging from Server to Regional Sales Manager at major companies like Marriott International and Maggiano’s, as well as at smaller independents such as Sage Restaurant Group.

Tawatha resides outside Denver, CO, with her partner Jay, their son Maverick, and their fur-baby Riley. She loves traveling and vacationing with her family, having new culinary experiences, and catching musicals off-broadway whenever possible.

Anthony has been specializing in growing and developing business development teams for several years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University.

Anthony grew up in the north shore of Massachusetts and lives right outside of Boston. Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys playing golf and spending time in Cape Cod

Nicole joined Tripleseat in 2015 as a Menu Master. She has worked in many different industries prior to Tripleseat.

Nicholas graduated from Plymouth State University in 2023, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Sales. Nicholas has been working in Hospitality for most of his life, having his first job as a dishwasher/busboy at the local diner in high school. Since then, he has worked at corporate events and, more recently, at a country club. He is super excited to join Tripleseat and get to work!

Nicholas is a New England native, growing up in Chelmsford, Mass. Nicholas loves to be competitive and to be active. In his four years at Plymouth State, he was on the men’s lacrosse team and was named captain for his senior season, helping them set a school record for most wins in a regular season. In his free time, Nicholas now loves playing golf, hiking, snowboarding, or hitting a beach with friends and family.

Michael graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with his bachelor’s degree in Communication. He comes from three years of experience in hospitality through working at entertainment venues which then led him to his current role as a Business Development Representative at Tripleseat.

Michael is a big animal lover. He is a food connoisseur and loves trying delicious foods at new restaurants. Michael enjoys sports and was a collegiate lacrosse player during his undergrad years. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and playing video games with his friends.

After John graduated from University of Massachusetts – Lowell with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, he spent over 8 years working in a law office before joining Tripleseat. John has also coached multiple high school and middle school basketball teams in his hometown of Arlington, Mass. He is excited to join the Business Development team at Tripleseat.

Born and raised in Mass., John is a huge Boston sports fan. Most weekends in the fall are spent on the couch watching Boston College, UCF, and the New England Patriots play football. John also loves spending time with his family and friends. Interesting fact: John set his school’s record for the high jump while in high school.

Harry has a passion for the hospitality industry and has worked in the field for 10 years. Starting when he was 15, he has worked  almost every role in a restaurant possible – from the dishwasher, to food runner, to host, and then to server. He continued working in restaurants part-time following college graduation when he discovered his passion for sales as a Real Estate agent. He has happily joined Tripleseat, combining these two favorite aspects of his professional experience.

Harry is a New England native, growing up in the Boston suburb of Westwood, Massachusetts. He graduated from Westwood High School and went on to graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a major in Communications and a minor in Film Studies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going to the movies, and playing golf.

Andrew is excited to be at Tripleseat, bringing his creative energy and experience into this exciting new chapter. Andrew is a dynamic and creative individual with over 8 years of experience in photography and filmmaking. His work has been featured in renowned publications, showcasing his talent across luxury real estate, commercial projects, and action sports. From capturing the raw beauty of nature to working on high-end visual content, Andrew has built a diverse portfolio that highlights his artistic versatility. After many years of freelancing and, most recently, managing a retail surf shop (& being their in-house media person), he is segueing into sales at Tripleseat.

Andrew is a native of New Hampshire who is currently residing in Maine. He spent his first semester at Plymouth State playing lacrosse before transferring to UNH and finishing his studies at SNHU. He loves spending time with family and enjoys being outdoors, whether surfing, snowboarding, or hiking. Andrew also has a deep passion for music and loves playing guitar, working out, and traveling.

Lauren received her bachelor’s degree from University of New Hampshire in 2019. She has been in Hospitality for several years, focused on event planning and customer service.

Lauren grew up in Franklin, Mass., and is currently living in Boston with her three roommates. She enjoys spending time in the city with her friends and staying active outside when the weather is nice! She also loves visiting her brother and sister-in-law in beautiful Colorado Springs.

Jackson recently graduated from Syracuse University, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. He has spent his high school and college years working over the summer at multiple different restaurants across New England, including the famous Barnacle Billy’s in Ogunquit, ME. He also had the opportunity to work for the Red Sox Foundation in 2023, where he started his sales career by selling 50/50 raffle tickets during all home games.

Jackson grew up in Concord, MA, and is currently apartment hunting in Boston. He loves to spend his free time with family and friends doing everything from fishing to skiing. He is also a massive Boston sports fan and an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

Hanna graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2024, majoring in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Throughout college, she worked in the restaurant industry as a server and bartender, gaining valuable experience in hospitality. Hanna is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and with her strong communication skills, she looks forward to contributing to Tripleseat’s success.

Hanna grew up in Johnston, Rhode Island, and currently lives in Boston. During her time at URI, she was the captain of the women’s track and cross-country teams. After graduating, she continued to compete and pursue her love for running. When she’s not training, she enjoys skiing, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and cooking.

Joe graduated from the University of Alabama, where his precious Crimson Tide won 3 national championships during his tenure. After a year of using his degree in Finance, he swallowed some pride, took some time off and learned to code. He’s loved being a developer ever since and has no intentions of looking back.

Joe describes himself as a bit of a chameleon, loving all things nerd and all things sports. When not playing golf or cheering on his Tide, he’s playing board games with his wife and friends, video games with friends, customizing his PC, or wasting hours on fantasy football. He also hates Auburn.

Nick has experience managing cloud infrastructure and system administration, integrating AWS cloud-based infrastructure components, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, VMWare virtualization, configuration management, and development automation solutions. He is now the Director of Technical Infrastructure and Cybersecurity for Tripleseat.

Nick spent over a decade in the hospitality industry doing everything from waiting tables to managing restaurants. In 2016 he moved to Denver, Colorado, where he lived for two years while attending software school. From there he moved to Indianapolis to work for a small email data analytics firm. He now lives in Vail, Arizona, with his family.

Randy was originally a student with a background in Bio/Chem before he joined the service. After leaving the armed forces he switched gears and went back to school for Computer Science. He worked at an elections company and then contracted for the Air Force for a short time until he finished school. Now he is beginning his development career at Tripleseat!

Randy has accumulated more hobbies than he has time for. He enjoys metalwork, leatherwork, tabletop games, marksmanship, PC games, and fitness activities. He is always open to new obsessions to add to that list. So, if you know something cool, tell him about it!

Sam is a passionate developer, tinkerer, and builder with a lifelong curiosity for dismantling and reassembling technology. This marks his first foray into the hospitality industry, having previously honed his skills in procurement, mobile network logistics, and distributed workforce enablement. Sam’s diverse experience equips him with a unique perspective as he brings innovative solutions to the hospitality sector.

Sam grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. He met the love of his life in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1993. They moved to San Francisco in 1995 and married in 1998. They currently live in Santa Rosa, California with their three children and two cats. Sam is a passionate home chef who loves exploring the world’s cuisines. In addition to his culinary pursuits, Sam enjoys spending time hiking, biking and kayaking.

Mariel has a degree in Political Science, which led her to a career in law. She made a complete career change to Software Engineering and never looked back. Mariel has four years of experience in front-end development and is excited to grow in her new role at Tripleseat.

Mariel is a former D1 athlete who continues to participate in sports and competitions of all kinds. Outside athletics, she is a potter, a baker, and a hiker. Mariel loves being outdoors with her partner and their dog, Moose.

Solomon has a degree in philosophy which somehow led him to work in the retail banking and investment sector. He found his way into the tech industry working in the support department at his last job and was able to grow into a QA role. Solomon is excited to leverage his technical knowledge and communication skills to help his teammates at Tripleseat as best as he can.

Solomon grew up in Utah and lived there until after he graduated college. After that, he then somehow found himself living in Nebraska! Solomon is an avid Utah Jazz fan and loves to play video games in his spare time. When Solomon is not in front of a computer screen, he loves to golf, bowl, and hike back in Utah.

Houston began digging into his computer around 12 because he wanted to know how to get more out of his video games. In college, he was asked to build a site with simply his name at the top of it. It was at 4 AM that he realized he would likely have the most advanced site in the class the next day. He began his tech career working with the government and has since worked in fintech. He loves tightening up systems and building machines that run well.

Houston spent most of his life in Oklahoma until recently moving to Colorado. He’s still playing video games and loves building D&D characters. Before entering into tech, he was a full-time musician and used to play guitar for various bands and other musicians. He has two dogs and two cats, and he spends most nights with them and his spouse, watching shows like The Great British Baking Show.

Michael graduated from Western Carolina University where he studied electrical engineering, computer science, and math. While at WCU he was a member of the marching band, robotics club, and the IEEE and ACM student chapters. Before joining Tripleseat, he helped develop software systems for a network of on-demand textile manufacturing facilities located in North Carolina, Mexico, and Germany.

Michael grew up in a small town in the mountains of North Carolina (near Grandfather Mountain) and now lives in Asheville. He has always been a huge nerd and a tinkerer of sorts. When he’s not working, you’re most likely to find him playing games on his PC, playing guitar, 3D printing gadgets, programming, or doing some amateur astronomy.

Josh likes his spoiled dog, visiting museums with his wife, classical guitars, wearing headphones, and acting immature in multiplayer shooting games. He’s originally from the backwoods of upstate New York and studied something completely irrelevant in college.

Josh waited tables and worked as a bartender for innumerable restaurants, ranging from casual chains to working premier parties for ultimately forgettable movies. A few years ago, he decided that the sedentary life was more to his liking, and he taught himself how to write code, which he has been doing since.

Alan graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. He now has over 18 years of experience in software development and innovating user experiences. He has helped develop many impactful applications in healthcare and retail. Alan is excited to continue building great software with Tripleseat!

Alan grew up in Missouri where he enjoys helping on the family farm and relaxing with his family. He can be found many days watching or listening to Mizzou, St. Louis Cardinals, or KC Chiefs play ball. Or showing off his skills to his lovely daughters. When the weather is nice, Alan also likes being out on a trail and enjoying the great outdoors.

Drew has been a DevOps Engineer for the past 4 years. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, he went on to be an engineer for both Menards and KLDiscovery.

Drew grew up in western Wisconsin, but back in May of 2023 moved to the Minneapolis Metro Area! He spends his free time playing video games, watching anime, lifting weights, and spending time with his girlfriend, Mareena, and their two dogs, Finley and Raven.

Grady has been an engineer for the past seven years. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Arkansas. He enjoys solving complex problems and exploring multiple solutions for every issue.

Grady grew up in Los Angeles, California. He then traveled to Arkansas for school, where he developed a passion for rock climbing, and Kansas City for work afterward. He now lives in Salt Lake City, has plenty of access to the surrounding mountains, and loves spending time outside with his dog and friends.

Levi is a full-stack Software Developer with three years of experience in SaaS technology before joining Tripleseat. He has degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Geneva College. In his previous role, Levi built and maintained integrations between SaaS products and developed strategic features leveraging Ruby-on-Rails, cloud services, and containerization software.

Levi was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania where he still resides with his wife Rachael and cat Marli. When he’s not working, you will find him spending time with his wife, family, and friends, kayaking, or gardening. He also enjoys playing guitar and singing.

Anthony is an experienced cloud engineer with a strong foundation in networking. Anthony leverages his skills to contribute to innovative cloud-based solutions. Throughout his career, Anthony has successfully designed, implemented, and managed cloud environments, leveraging leading platforms such as AWS and Azure DevOps. Anthony is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and networking trends to ensure he can provide cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.

Anthony grew up in California. He relocated a few times but has since returned to his home state. He enjoys hiking and fishing in the beautiful California landscape with friends. Anthony also spends most of his day with his wife and his dog.

Tyrus has been in the hospitality industry for approximately 13 years. Starting out in front-of-house operations with a Hilton brand hotel, he quickly accelerated his career in various departments; including back-of-house operations, and hotel technology.

Originally a southern guy, growing up in North Carolina; Tyrus transitioned to the Washington D.C./Baltimore area which has been his home for 12 years now. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with family and friends. Tyrus is also a huge car enthusiast so anything new in the automobile world gets his attention.

Andras has worked in software development for three years. Andras received his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.

Andras lives in Bend, Oregon and enjoys exploring the outdoors. He also does not mind staying in and reading or playing some video games.

CT has been a software developer for eight years in a variety of industries. He received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Rice University before going into software engineering. He has professional experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, and Javascript (React, Node).

CT grew up in Georgia, spent a decade in Texas, and currently happily resides in Minnesota. He loves spending his free time doing outdoor activities that match the season (cross-country skiing, swimming, tennis, hiking, etc). He enjoys reading a variety of fiction and non-fiction, journaling daily, and volunteering. On a daily basis, you can likely find him outside with his kids no matter the weather.

Harold’s interest in tech started at a young age with lots of tinkering and taking things apart. This interest blossomed in college and led to his introduction to the information technology field. Now, as an IT Specialist, he makes sure that both devices and people stay connected.

Harold is originally from Miami, and attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!) before making the move to Atlanta. When not watching tech reviews, he enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and sneakers.

Brent studied at California State University San Marcos and earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration while competing for four years in Track & Field and Cross Country. He later received a Master’s degree in computer science from Drexel University. Before joining Tripleseat, Brent worked as a software engineer at Rocksbox, TextNow, and a small startup, 108Beans, which he helped found, allowing school districts to manage their program expenditures.

He enjoys learning and teaching everything related to programming and computer science. Brent enjoys running, surfing, yoga/meditation, reading, baking bread, and playing video games in his free time.

Jennifer studied at the University of Texas at Dallas and received a Master’s degree in management information systems from Tarleton State University. Prior to joining Tripleseat, Jennifer worked as a software engineer for Texas A&M and helped to develop agricultural applications. Previously, Jennifer has also worked as a data engineer and assisted in collecting a variety of data for WebMD, Avvo, and Expedia.

Jennifer has been living in Dallas, Texas for over 20 years. She has a British Shorthair cat named Mittens and loves to spend quality time with family and friends. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Finance Manager

Julie graduated from Salem State with an accounting degree. She has worked in accounting ever since gaining experience with a few large companies working in the accounting, audit, and finance departments.

Born and raised in the Boston area. She is a wife and mother of 3 grown children and loves trying new restaurants with the family. She also loves to play sports including soccer, ice hockey, and crossfit. In addition she is an avid football fan and loves watching football on Sundays.

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over seven years of experience working in a finance environment. He kickstarted his career as a Billing Associate and then he worked with finance teams for different industries. He led and managed the billing and collections team at a tech-based company before joining Tripleseat.

Chris grew up in Accra, Ghana, which sits right on the equator. He currently lives in Mass. and enjoys singing and playing his guitar. Occasionally, he’s part of a band that hosts concerts across the country.

Patrick bartended at The Landing at Long Wharf in Boston for six years before joining email marketing company Constant Contact, where he became a Learning Specialist. Patrick worked there for almost seven years before joining the Tripleseat family.  

Patrick has three brothers, five sisters, and 17 nieces and nephews. Christmas has become too expensive. The majority of his time is spent watching or playing sports with friends and enjoying the occasional adult beverage.

Sophia has had two years of experience in auditing and two years of experience in transaction advisory before joining Tripleseat. She received both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Bentley University. She has successfully obtained her CPA license in the state of Massachusetts.

Sophia was born and raised in Boston, MA, where she resides. Sophia enjoys traveling, cooking, and occasionally taking an interest in photography in her free time.

Deb joined Tripleseat as a finance manager after being home with her three boys for many years. After graduating from college with a degree in accounting, she went to work in finance for a large pharmaceutical company. Deb lives in Mass. with her husband, 3 kids, and Fenway, the family’s golden retriever. She spends her time watching her kids play their sports and hanging out with good friends.

Mike received his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Umass Lowell and has been working in accounting for over 12 years at tech companies in the Boston area. He has loved being in collaborative environments with entrepreneurial-minded individuals and enjoys building scalable processes to push companies to the next level.

Mike’s first passion has always been music. He started playing instruments at a young age, and still plays piano to break up the monotony of his data-driven career. He also loves cooking, all Boston sports, and getting outside in the sun in any way possible.

I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in business administration. I started my professional career in support at Constant Contact, a fast-growing email marketing company. I quickly moved into a billing support role and ended managing the team. Now I’m moving to the finance side of billing with Tripleseat and I’m so excited to join the team!

I grew up splitting my time between New Hampshire and Massachusetts, but have recently settled in Merrimack, N.H. I love traveling around New England to try new breweries with my wife. We love breweries so much that we named our new puppy Nita, after Lagunitas.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College, with a concentration in Finance and Operations Management and the last 5 years spent in Data Analytics. Having experience in organizations of various sizes, he has a fondness for start-ups where he can leave an indelible mark on the business. Whether it be answering questions with numbers, or standardizing processes and best practices, Michael constantly looks for ways to push the business forward.

Michael grew up in snow-covered Western New York, before migrating to Boston for his university years. After graduating, he settled into the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, living in the same apartment since 2015, partially fueled due to a reluctance to undertake the dreaded moving process. Michael spends an inordinate amount of time in the gym or doing other activities that masquerade as fitness (e.g., hiking and dancing), which is offset occasionally by his penchant for baking.

Matt obtained his undergraduate degree in marketing from Stonehill College and his graduate degree in business management from Fitchburg State University. After spending more than a decade at Digital Federal Credit Union leading the marketing team, Matt moved over to Stratus Technologies, where he led the global creative efforts for the company. Working with organizations to present the brand in the best light has been very fulfilling, and he looks forward to working with Tripleseat to achieve some big goals.

Matt was born and raised in Fitchburg, Mass., and is currently raising his family of five in the town of Westminster, Mass. Matt’s two daughters (17 and 12) and son (15) keep him and his wife very busy getting the kids to their activities, which include gymnastics, track, dance, piano, ninja warrior team, and basketball. When Matt can, he spends his weekends writing and performing with one of five bands and trying to squeeze in a workout whenever possible.

Kate has worked in the hospitality industry since she was 15. From bussing tables in high school to bartending in college and grad school where she majored in Fashion Marketing and Merchandising. Following school, she moved on to a career as a private events and marketing manager because she loved hospitality a little more than she loved fashion.

Kate started working at the best company on the planet, aka, Tripleseat in 2015. Currently holding the position of Director of Content, she loves being able to use her vast knowledge of the industry in a non-restaurant setting. Kate resides on the New Hampshire Seacoast with her husband, and two crazy children. Besides her family and friends, Kate’s loves include bourbon, the ocean, fashion, old school hip-hop, oysters, IPA, and hockey (enjoyed on their own or all together).

Heather is an accomplished writer with over 15 years of creating content for digital media and software. With a background in tech support, she transitioned to content marketing to focus on her passion – writing! She takes pride in providing curated and valuable information related to events and hospitality. She often relates to Tripleseat customers as she fondly recalls her various roles in restaurants and wedding venues early in her career.

When she is not writing for Tripleseat, Heather enjoys time with her three energetic boys, and her gigantic dog, Quartz. Heather loves living in a rural town where she finds many beautiful places to walk and explore. She is passionate about cooking and eating healthy, when she can.

Sydney has worked in marketing for nearly her entire career, primarily in the digital marketing and demand generation space. She received her bachelor’s degree from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Mich. She specializes in business-to-business SEO and PPC tactics and keeps up with news and trends within the digital marketing industry.

Sydney grew up in northern Michigan, and now resides on the west side of the state in Grand Rapids, Mich. She loves to check out new restaurants and coffee shops in the area. She also enjoys spending time outside with her dog, Mila, whether it be snowshoeing in the winter, or spending time out at Lake Michigan in the summertime.

Alexis has spent her career building marketing strategies for organizations of all sizes. Before joining Tripleseat, she spent the past couple of years managing digital marketing and growth strategy for a climate tech startup called Upstream Tech. Prior to that, she spent time on the marketing teams at Wayfair and TripAdvisor. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Emerson College and received her MBA from Boston University.

Alexis grew up in Ohio and New Hampshire before moving down to Boston for college. She’s been in the greater Boston area ever since! Her hobbies include running, hiking, and reading. She currently lives in Cambridge and loves trying new restaurants in the area.

Rachel graduated from the University of Delaware in June 2019 with a degree in marketing. Previously she was part of the Tripleseat team as a marketing intern and loved her experience so much that she returned to begin her professional career on the Tripleseat marketing team.

Rachel currently lives in Boston’s historical North End, where she loves to try all of the amazing Italian restaurants with friends. Rachel played on the competitive club lacrosse team at UD for four years, and in her free time she enjoys attending sporting events, along with staying active, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family & friends.

Rhonda has built a robust career in event marketing within the B2B software and SaaS sectors since earning her bachelor’s degree from Regis College. Her enthusiasm for creating impactful events is matched by her expertise, underscored by her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification. Rhonda is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that drive engagement and foster connections.

Rhonda resides in the Greater Boston area with her husband, three children, and two beloved fur babies. She enjoys staying active through spin, Pilates, and barre classes, as well as taking long walks and hikes. When she’s not working, Rhonda loves spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying good music and cocktails.

John has been fortunate to work across Australia and the UK. His experience spans a number of industry verticals working across all parts of the marketing mix. He is passionate about creating engaging content that drives intrigue and action.

John has lived in London since 2016 and simply loves it! When he’s not exploring the latest places to eat and drink in the city, he is exploring the many parks with his husband Reza, and dog Nacho! Being an Aussie in London, John puts travel as a top priority and loves nothing more than seeing another European city on a weekend!

Mitchell is a seasoned graphic designer with a background in technology and photography. A graduate of Plymouth State University, he combines his love for the arts with a strong tech interest. With a keen eye for detail, Mitchell is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

Born and raised in Cambridge, MA, Mitchell spent his childhood in the hockey rink, stopping pucks with his face. When he’s not diving into his latest design project, you’ll find him exploring new places, capturing moments with his camera, or getting creative in his woodworking shop.

Venice has 8 years of general marketing expertise in various industries, but she keeps returning to her roots and coming back to hospitality.

Venice is from the Berkshires in Mass., but has been in the Boston area for over 5 years. She recently moved right down the street from Tripleseat HQ in Concord, Mass.

Margo began her career in hospitality, heading up the events programs for various acclaimed restaurant groups (with the help of the Tripleseat platform), including ABC Restaurants by Jean-Georges in New York and Rose’s Restaurant Group in DC. Margo made the transition to restaurant tech in order to support the industry she loves and see restaurants thrive, most recently as a member of the marketing team at Toast.

Margo lives in Washington, DC. She frequently tries out a new recipe, visits a local coffee shop, or explores the country with her partner and their two dogs in their vintage camper trailer.

Aaron spent over a decade working in various roles within the restaurant industry before branching out into software training and consulting. It took only a few years before those paths intersected and he joined Tripleseat’s onboarding team.

Aaron lives on the North Shore of Boston and can be found at most Celtics games. He spends his summers fishing and winters snowboarding.

Ashley started working in hotels when she was 19. She started at a large downtown historic property as a valet receptionist and from there moved to the front desk, concierge, PBS and even security. Ashley quickly grew to love the hospitality industry and wanted to work and learn in each department hands-on. 

Ashley started her events/sales journey at a Marriott and after a couple of years, accepted a position with Hyatt Hotels. She then most recently was at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan before making the jump over to Tripleseat. Ashley has always loved working in hotels and now being a part of the Tripleseat team where she can continue her hospitality path on a whole new level, truly feels like a dream!

Ashley is originally from California and then moved to Austin, Texas where she met her husband while working at the same hotel together. They have a son named Jack and a lab named Brodie. They most recently moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan to be closer to her husband’s side of the family.

Stephanie has over 15 years in the hospitality and event industries, having started working in restaurants while earning her BFA in Dance at the University of the Arts. She quickly progressed to managing and leading teams with a focus on local, craft beverage programs, and eventually transitioned to event management and planning for both a brewery and urban winery concept in DC.

A self-described “Jane of all trades”, Stephanie also has a background in yoga, massage therapy, and graphic design, and has earned her Level 2 WSET Certification in wine. Born and raised on the east coast, she now lives in Colorado and loves to explore the mountains by way of hiking or skiing, depending on the season. She lives for Sunday morning crosswords & coffee in bed, delights in binging terrible reality TV, and has a slight obsession with foxes.

Eliza was born and raised in the “burbs,” just south of Boston. She always thought that she would venture south for school, but ended up going just about as north as someone can go. A proud graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt., Eliza earned her degree in elementary education and psychology while playing for the women’s lacrosse team (go Purple Knights!).

After graduating, she spent the summer on Cape Cod working various roles in the restaurant industry (table-side “Guac Girl” included). Not long after, she found herself moving across the pond to teach and coach lacrosse in London, England. Since family means the world to her, she shipped back to Boston and is now living her best city life. Upon her move back to the states, she worked as Executive Assistant to the Principal at Embarc Studio and Events Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Lyons Group. She’s excited to be a part of the Tripleseat Family and to continue down a new and exciting path within the same industry she knows and loves.

Belkys has been working in the SaaS industry for over seven years. Throughout this journey, she has embraced various roles, including Tech Support Lead, Customer Success Manager for both Small Businesses and Enterprises, and overseeing the Enterprise CS team catering to Fortune 500 companies.

Belkys was born in the Dominican Republic and has lived mainly in New York City. Recently, she has been chasing sunshine and palm trees in Florida. You might find her trying new things in her free time, traveling, watching anime, listening to a podcast or book, painting (although not that good according to her), and spending time with her fur baby, Sasha.

From age 17 until now, Patrick has been a part of the Hospitality ecosphere in both great and small proportions. He started as a busboy and worked through most FOH positions until becoming a General Manager in 2003. Since then, he has continued in leadership roles, working for some of Philadelphia’s most acclaimed restaurant, event, and catering groups. Most notably include Devon Seafood, Stephen Starr Restaurants, Constellation Culinary, Di Bruno Brothers, and Fearless Restaurants at the historic Moshulu.

Patrick lives in Chicago with his husband and three dogs Brody, Molly, and Kaia. In his free time, he enjoys singing in a chorus or singing at karaoke, and getting the doggies outside to play.

Casey started her career managing two large-scale communities in the Charlotte area. She managed all events, aquatics, and sports-related activities. She then worked at Cabarrus Brewing Co as the Event Director for three years. She handled all private events, public events, repeated weekly events, and project management roles. Casey worked with Tripleseat during this time, and loved the software as a user!

Casey is originally from Rochester, NY but grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has lived in Charlotte ever since. She is an avid runner and recently ran a marathon in 2020. She loves reading, watching TV, craft beer, and hanging out with her dog, Bagel.

Before joining Tripleseat, Alysha worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years. She spent time in positions ranging from server to yacht stew to catering director and various sales and events roles with Marriott and Hilton Hotels. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from Endicott College.

Alysha lives in Upstate New York with her husband, daughter, and dog. She loves live music, trying new restaurants, and cooking meals at home with her family.

Krystal’s journey into hospitality began at Cornell University where she graduated with a degree in hotel administration. From there, she spent over 10 years working in F&B and events. She loves the hospitality industry for its connection of people and cultures!

Krystal likes to spend her free time road tripping around New England and beyond, often in search of new food to try or a local brewery. If she isn’t traveling about, she’s probably hanging out with her family and friends as an excuse to visit their dogs.

Christine went to college for business management, but always knew she’d end up in hospitality. She had worked in the industry since she was 16, so moving from restaurants to hotels after college was an easy transition. While working for Hyatt Hotels for over a decade, Christine wore many hats: front desk, outlets, sales, and social and corporate event planning. Following her love for her alma mater, Merrimack College, she transitioned out of hotels and into a role as Director of Conferences and Events for the campus community. She has a passion for hospitality, and is excited to bring efficient software solutions to an industry that she knows and loves.

Christine is originally from Cleveland, and moved to the East Coast for college. She’s always loved to travel, so she has taken advantage of living in Boston, New York City and Austin while working in hospitality. Christine loves going to baseball games in the summer and being outside, al fresco dining, relaxing at the beach, or finding new trails for bike rides or hikes!

James enjoys cooking and sharing delicious food and cocktails with good humored, light-hearted humans. When the going gets tough, red wine, a good stretch, and loud music solves most problems. He also love spending quality time with his family, the puppies of Tripleseat, and long naps on the beach.

After moving from Massachusetts to Rhode Island to study Multimedia Design, James fell in love with the swarming restaurant scene that fills the small state. A part-time job evolved into 15 years of holding nearly every position at some of the best restaurants and venues on the East Coast. He is very grateful to be able to merge his design background and hospitality experience, that can now be applied to the customization and personalization of Tripleseat for our customers.

After graduating from Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary program, Brian moved to Boston, Mass., in 2011 and spent 10+ years in the restaurant industry. He maintains a deep passion for hospitality and the experiences beyond the meal that our industry provides.

Brian enjoys cooking for his friends and loved one, attending concerts & live comedy, and enjoying city life in Boston.

Corinna brings 12+ years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on events, weddings, operations, and floral design. She left NYC after many years with her cat and many plants for her most recent role as the Events Director for a historic venue on the very East End of Long Island. A longtime user (and fan) of Tripleseat, she views joining this team as the perfect next chapter.

Corinna firmly believes there’s no such thing as too many hobbies. In her free time, you’ll find her knee-deep in some type of arts & crafts, hunting for furniture to refinish, starting (and most of the time finishing) home projects, juggling a couple of books, cooking (latest favorite – homemade jalapeño cheddar bagels), gaming, harmonizing with her partner on their latest Care Bear (her cat) themed song, or shellin’ at the beach.

Amelia’s journey into the restaurant industry began working at a local seafood and ice cream stand and since then has held various positions in restaurants. After graduating college she found her path working at a company that connects businesses with restaurants and caterers through an online marketplace. Since then, she knew working within the restaurant and events field was where she wanted to be and is happy she found her way to Tripleseat.

In her spare time, Amelia loves being with family, reading, going to the Adirondacks, or just being planted on the couch for a good show.

Madison has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 15 when she started her first job in F&B. From there she went to study at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida earning her bachelor’s in Event Management. This is where her hotel career started, first as a banquet server and moving her way up to event planning manager with Hyatt. After working in hotels for 8 years, she shifted gears into the world of tech as a customer success manager for an online digital ticketing software company. Now, returning to the hospitality world, she’s excited to combine her experiences and bring new perspectives to her role at Tripleseat!

Madison spent the first half of her childhood growing up in North Carolina and the second half in Florida, although still considers the Tarheel state as home. She currently resides in the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina with her husband, son and little Beagle, Penny. She loves spending time with her family at the beach and exploring new restaurants around town.

Maura has been on the event side of restaurants for the past 12 years in Boston, MA. She most recently was the Director of Private Events for the Barbara Lynch Collective. Prior to joining BLC she was the Catering Director for L’Espalier & Sel de la Terre.

Maura has had the opportunity to live up and down the East Coast throughout her life, however she found home in Boston for the past 17 years. She is now excited to explore the West Coast as she will be calling California home soon!

Tiffany is a proud graduate of Syracuse University. She spent her time there bleeding orange and rooting on the basketball team. She began her hospitality career at 15 years old as a hostess then to producing epic events a some of the premier catering companies to event managing at the premier restaurant group in Boston.

As a self-proclaimed festival junkie and adrenaline junkie, you’ll find Tiffany chasing the next big show, festival, concert, or heart attack. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend. She also loves being outside enjoying the sun, finding and eating at the newest restaurants, eating desserts, eating snacks, eating.

Taylor’s 15-year journey in the hospitality industry has led her to Tripleseat, where she is eager to contribute her wealth of experience. Starting as a front desk agent, she quickly climbed the ladder, eventually becoming the Director of Sales and Catering at the Lafayette Hotel in San Diego. Her diverse experience includes a stint with the Los Angeles Angels Baseball team for three years and a summer working at Hotel Las Gacelas in Becerril de la Sierra, Spain. She is thrilled to bring her hospitality and event management expertise to Tripleseat, a place she is excited to call her professional home.

When not at work, Taylor can be found watching baseball, football, or hockey, depending on the season. She also enjoys attending concerts and reading anything written by Stephen King or Richard Matheson. While at home, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Steven, and their two dogs in San Diego, California.

Sara has nearly 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as 3 years of Tripleseat experience. That paired with a strong administrative background, Sara has navigated herself into a training role at Tripleseat which she finds both challenging and rewarding.

Sara loves all things Halloween and strives to make every year’s decorations bigger and better! She also loves to spend time in the kitchen where she excels at decorating cookies – a hobby she was able to perfect during the lockdown. Sara can also be found at the hockey rink many nights, watching her son practice and play.

Haley fell in love with hospitality when she completed the Disney College Program back in 2012 in food & beverage. From there, her experience included working in restaurants, hotels, event management & destination management. Haley is excited to be a part of the Tripleseat team and to be able to be on the other side of hospitality, serving our awesome hotel customers!

Haley is originally from Michigan and is an alumnus of Central Michigan University. She then left the mitten upon graduation to live in the great city of Chicago for 2.5 years & then headed down south, where she currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee! In her free time, she loves discovering new coffee shops around the city, fitness classes, and attending as many sporting events as possible!

Leah is a dynamic event professional with over ten years of hands-on experience in corporate, social, and private events. She has an extensive background in managing events, operations, and sales. Some honorable mentions include Skinny Pancake (of Burlington, VT), Steel & Rye (of Milton, MA), and Trillium Brewing (of Canton, MA). Leah is also a day-of wedding coordinator.

Leah grew up in Vermont and has lived there most of her life (with a little stint in Dorchester, MA). She enjoys exploring Vermont’s beauty, trying new local eats, and playing with her very energetic (but cute!) Aussie, Tella.

When Chloe was five, she said her dream job was to be a waitress. She made it happen and worked in the restaurant industry for over seven years. After working in multiple positions, she desired to contribute to developing restaurant management systems. She gravitated towards Tripleseat to help coordinators bring special events to life.

Chloe lives with her husband (her high school sweetheart) and two kittens in Saugus, Mass. She enjoys hosting cocktail hours, trying new restaurants, and dealing with her kitten’s antics.

Starting in restaurants and wineries at 16 years old, Haley’s love for the hospitality industry grew from there. She minored in event management in college at ASU and moved back home to Napa where she began her career in event design and planning for over 6 years. Haley traveled throughout California executing weddings mainly, but landed at a wonderful venue/ catering company in St. Helena planning all types of events and coordinating winery deliveries.

Haley is a Napa native, but a beach girl at heart. When she is not planning her next weekend getaway with her husband, you can mainly find her and her husband with friends and family exploring new restaurants in the Bay Area or trying new recipes at home. A few things Haley loves are gardening, her two fur babies Mau Mau and Penny, and working on a small design business she has creating apparel/stickers for local shops and signage for events!

Shannon joins the Tripleseat team with many years in the hospitality industry. Previous roles include guest services, events, and most recently, 7 years in human resources at an indoor waterpark resort.

Shannon loves her family, her dog, and a good charcuterie board. She loves planning vacations to all different places, but especially to Disney. When not binge watching Ted Lasso, she enjoys cooking new recipes and beating her family in SkipBo.

Kayla is joining the Tripleseat family after many years in the hospitality industry. Most recently she worked 6 years in human resources for an indoor waterpark resort.

Kayla loves spending time with her friends and family. She has 2 dogs and 3 cats at home but is definitely more of a cat person! In her free time she likes to bake and try out new recipes.

Rose has lived in Boston since graduating from Northeastern University in 2014. She has a background in school-based operations and behavioral health. For the last two years, she has worked as a cake decorator and customer care specialist at a local bakery. She is excited to join the Tripleseat team and transition into a people operations role!

Rose loves to bake and decorate cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. When she’s not experimenting in the kitchen, Rose likes to swim, kayak, and explore local restaurants with her husband. She takes frequent trips to Maine over summer weekends, enjoying all the delicious foods the Acadia area has to offer!

Tracy has supported CEOs, C-suites, and HNWIs for 15 years. She has worked in medical, life science, pharma, and tech. Tracy’s mentality is that no task is too small or too large; her attitude is, “I can get it done.”

Tracy loves to travel and experience new cultures. A Boston native, she frequently finds herself in Miami practicing her Spanish. Lola, her very spoiled four-legged companion, is usually not far from her side.

Ed is from the small town of Hadley Mass, also known as the “Asparagus Capital of the World.” He has lived all over the state and is now residing in the Baconville section of Shutesbury with his wife, chocolate lab and talkative cat. They enjoy the peace and quiet of living in the woods.

Ed’s first job was in the restaurant industry at the age of 14 and has worked in the industry on and off until college. He turned his sites to technical customer service and has been part of that industry ever since.

Carlos joined Tripleseat with over 15 years of computer repair experience, over 10 years in telecommunications and cabling experience, and over three years in the IT support field. 

In his free time, Carlos enjoys playing video games on his PC. He is also a big Boston sports fan and enjoys attending games and music events. Carlos owns his own clothing brand, does some background acting, and he is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Massachusetts!

Jhosselyn comes with over 7 years of hotel experience, 4 of those being in event management. Jhosselyn pivoted to people operations/HR less than 2 years ago and looks forward to growing her people ops career at Tripleseat!

Born and raised in California, Jhosselyn moved to Boston 5.5 years ago and has loved it ever since. She met her now-husband in Boston, where they live together. In her spare time, Jhosselyn eats her way through different cities, appreciating a good glass of wine or pint of beer. When she is not indulging, you can catch her at spin class!

Carly received her degree in Nutrition from Texas Christian University and worked as a pediatric dietitian before moving into the tech industry 5 years ago. She loves using technology to help solve customer problems and looks forward to continuing her Product career at Tripleseat!

Carly grew up in Portland, Oregon, and enjoys anything outdoors. She loves playing tennis & golf, traveling, and trying new restaurants. When they’re not on the go, Carly and her husband Kevin live in Boston with their pup, Ralph.

Growing up in New Jersey, Rachel’s love of working in restaurants began very early. After finishing her degree in hospitality management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she expanded her skills to hotels as well. She has since been on the grand opening team of several Boston venues and operated events at one of the city’s top steakhouses. 

Rachel is a certified sommelier and self-proclaimed beverage enthusiast. She and her husband are both avid foodies and are always cooking as well as seeking out the greatest menus and wine lists. She often spends her weekends dining with friends or traveling to new adventures with her hubby and little dog, Jazzy. 

Jessica comes from a hotel background and studied hospitality management at the University of New Hampshire. Before coming to Tripleseat, Jessica worked in sales for Hilton DoubleTree.

Jessica loves running, skiing, practicing yoga, and watching Boston sports. She also takes aerial silk yoga classes. She is a huge foodie and loves coffee.

Anne came to technology from a disparate background in nonprofit public relations and marketing. She has since found working in technology so compelling because it’s the opportunity to solve complex problems with smart people. Her hospitality experience is limited to her time spent running the to-go counter at an Italian restaurant in the mid-2000s, which gave her an abiding respect for those in the restaurant industry.

Anne grew up in a small town in Oklahoma and lives in Oklahoma City. She has a studio art degree and can teach you how to make prints using a variety of methods. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her two kids.

Lindsey received her bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst in hospitality. Shortly after graduating, she began her career as an Event Manager for corporate events in Boston. Lindsey worked in Sales, Sales Enablement and Operations Management before diving into the Product world over 3 years ago.

Lindsey grew up in southern California and moved to Massachusetts for undergrad. She has been living in Massachusetts ever since. She loves spending her time outdoors, or trying a new restaurant in the Boston area.

After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in history, Alexandra joined a rapidly scaling, ed-tech startup in Cambridge, Mass., on the Client Success Team. There, she grew her prowess in Zendesk, relationship management, and cross-functional communication, all while learning about how to confront problems of scale. She values transparency, hard work and humor, and she aims to make sure that all people — clients and colleagues alike — feel respected and heard by her. Now at Tripleseat, she hopes to deliver results and bring that high standard of product and service to those using looking the Tripleseat platform.

Alexandra has a deep love for the world and the people in it. She enjoys Bollywood movies, telenovelas, jollof, and gelato, along with long conversations with strangers, and listening to NPR. Her favorite scent of candle is patchouli, and her guilty shopping pleasure is anything from an antique store. She unashamedly centers her life around her greyhound, who reminds her that it is okay to ask for help sometimes.

Growing up in Rhode Island, Candice’s love of working in hospitality started in restaurants and proceeded to grow into the event industry. She has spent the majority of her career within the New England area after earning her degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, working most recently in catering operations, and as an event coordinator in Boston. She’s excited to be a part of the Tripleseat family and help customers utilize this amazing tool.

Candice often has a vacation lined up, loving to travel and taking advantage of exploring new places (including new restaurant finds!). She loves finding new hikes, relaxing at the beach and being outside.

April spent a decade in the front of house at Denver restaurants as the city grew to be a recognized “foodie” destination. She worked everything from breakfast to late night, poppers to paella, Coors Light to cognac. As a former Tripleseat customer, April is stoked to be on the other side of the system and help customers realize what an amazing tool it is.

New to Massachusetts, April is a proud Colorado native, Broncos fan, and alumna of the University of Denver. April loves being outdoors, mostly to paddleboard or hike the closest thing to a 14-er she can find in New England. Her other favorite activities include singing covers of ‘90s hits and persuading people to compost.

Lexi was born in San Diego, CA (Cali girl at heart) and lives in Marblehead, MA, where she grew up. She loves spending time with her family, who mean the world to her. Lexi’s happy place is on the beach with a good book.

Lexi has worked in the restaurant business since she was 14 years old. She started as a hostess and worked her way up to a manager. A few years ago, Lexi was an events coordinator and part of a management team that opened the hottest new bar in Salem, MA. This is where she really developed a passion to help create memories that last a lifetime.

Jenn came to Tripleseat to work with her sister Alison. She works in daycare as well, and is two classes away from finishing her degree in early childhood education. Previously, Jenn was in the hospitality industry, where she worked as a waitress. Jenn also runs an annual food and wine tasting fundraising event.

Jenn grew up in Melrose, but now lives in Stoneham with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Jenn is a Girl Scout Leader, and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She loves to cook, try new restaurants, taking family vacations to the beach, and camping.

Matt brings nearly two decades of customer service experience to Tripleseat. He has worked in retail, hospitality, and tele-customer service environments. For the past eight years, Matt has managed front-of-house operations and events for a few different local craft breweries.

Matt has lived in Massachusetts my whole life – growing up in the western part of the state, and now living in the Boston area. He is a music nerd and record collector, as well as a fan of craft beer and well-made cocktails (especially of the tiki variety). Matt lives with my wife, Bethany, their cat Daisy, and their puppy Abbey.

Megan started with Tripleseat when she was completing her semester-long internship. Megan is receiving a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Communications from Endicott College. Megan looks forward to continuing her journey at Tripleseat.

Megan grew up in New York and currently lives in Beverly, Mass. She loves spending time with her friends, family, and animals. Megan also loves to read at the beach in her free time.

Valerie has spent the last 11 years slinging lattes at Starbucks and the past year as the event manager at Kingmakers. She attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.

Valerie is a lover of Disney, reading, and French bulldogs. She currently resides in Savannah, Georgia where she takes weekly trips to the beach and cooks overly extravagant meals for her friends.

Before joining Tripleseat, Abby worked for a small Gift Manufacturer’s Sales Rep Agency where she was the office manager, as well as a territory manager in VT, W.NH, and W.MA working closely with independent retailers.

Abby resides in the small apple picking town where she grew up with her husband (high school sweethearts!) and their 4 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, swimming with the kids at the lake, playing soccer, working out, turkey hunting, watching movies, reading and going out to eat.

After graduating from UMass Boston in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management, Nicole found an interest in hospitality. With customer service experience from previous part-time jobs, Nicole began her career at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Mass. She started as a front desk agent and later transitioned into their sales & catering department as a coordinator. After three years at the hotel and exploring its different departments, Nicole has seen and learned various aspects of the hotel business and is now venturing into another side of the hospitality industry at Tripleseat.

Having grown up around the greater Boston area, Nicole currently lives in Woburn, MA. Nicole loves trying new places with her friends and family – from coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, to traveling around the States and abroad. She also enjoys movies, jamming out to music in her car, going on long walks, and sitting by a warm fire.

Erin worked in hotel sales & catering/event management (Hyatt, Hilton, Fairmont) for several years after graduating from the hospitality management school at BU. She also spent a few years in mortgage sales and relationship banking. She took about 11 years off to stay home with her children and then worked part-time in healthcare/patient engagement before finding her way back to hospitality here at Tripleseat!

Erin grew up in Melrose, Mass., and stayed local for college (BU), but moved to Atlanta right after graduating. Erin met her husband there and then moved many times with him while he served in the Army. Erin loves traveling and is very grateful for the opportunities the Army gave them to live in so many places. Erin has two kids (ages 13 and 15) and moved to Andover a few years ago after her husband retired from the military. Erin likes to work out, hike, and be outdoors. She also loves spending time at the beach in Chatham and at Lake Winnipesaukee. When the weather is nice you’ll usually find Erin out her my patio with friends drinking a cold beer.

Besides a brief stint working at a library, Ashley has been a career server, bartender, and restaurant manager. She recently broke out of the restaurant biz to join the family at Tripleseat in the Support Department.

Ashley was raised in Green Bay, Wisc., and is a die-hard Packers fan. She comes from a large family and loves them dearly. In her spare time, Ashley likes to read, preferably at a beach, or spend time outside.

Lori graduated from UMass Dartmouth with a BS in marketing. Before joining Tripleseat, she started her professional career in computer sales. While balancing family and career, she managed a construction company and did many odd jobs to be home with the kids. Most recently she was able to follow her passion for fitness and was the co-owner of a CrossFit gym, CrossFit 110.

Lori lives in the same hometown that she grew up in with her husband Jim, and has two adult daughters who have just flown the coop! She enjoys spending time in Gloucester, playing golf and competing in CrossFit.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree from Salem State University. She has a diverse skill set, including accounting, payroll, marketing, and social media.

Kelly grew up in Melrose, Mass. and still lives there with her family. Her favorite place to be is at the beach. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family and is always up for a long walk.

Marcus is a native of Boston, MA and a die-hard Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Boston Cannons fan (Lacrosse, don’t ask). He specializes in his communication with people with his charismatic personality, which is helpful as an inside sales manager with over 9 years of experience with Tripleseat. A proud Hobart college alum and lacrosse statesmen. When he isn’t scheduling web demonstrations for Tripleseat, you can find him coaching and molding the minds of young lacrosse players at Boston College High School.

I have been in the sales enablement space for about 12 years, serving internal and external customers in the Life Sciences and SaaS industries. Coaching, mentorship, and helping people achieve their potential are my passions.

I am a mother madly in love with my two (crazy) children, Miles and Annie; wife to my hubby (Tim), and love athletics of any kind – cycling, jogging, kayaking, swimming. If it gets my heart pumping, I’m in! My other two “loves” are ice cream and watching reruns of The Office.

Jordan has been in sales for 15 years, most recently growing markets and leading a sales team at Resy. She received her bachelor’s with a focus in Hospitality at Transylvania University and MBA at Midway College in Kentucky.

Jordan grew up in a small town in Kentucky where she later married her high school sweetheart. The two of them always dreamed of living by the coast, so they moved to Charleston, SC, where they now live with their son and dog Bogey. Since she was a young girl, she has always loved the hospitality industry and still enjoys dining out all over the Lowcountry and competing in neighborhood chef competitions. When she’s not in a restaurant or cooking, she is playing with her son and husband at the park, on the water, or watching Kentucky sports.

After graduating from Bucknell University, where she played Division 1 volleyball, Kat went to the International Culinary Center for culinary school with a concentration in farm-to-table cooking. She spent a year working as a chef in San Francisco restaurants and then transitioned into sales at technology companies focused on restaurants and hotels.

In her free time, Kat coaches volleyball and explores the Bay Area with her boyfriend, Tim, and golden retriever, Cassidy.

Elle fell in love with hospitality in high school and college, where she graduated from Bradley University. Since then, she has branched out into sales, spending 15 years in SaaS sales and over 5 years building and leading sales organizations in the Restaurant Tech Industry, including Toast and Chowly.

Elle lives in the Illinois suburbs with her husband, two boys, and their Bernedoodle. Where (during nap times) she’s typically covered in paint and wood shavings from DIY-ing her house.

Arianna’s first ever career out of college was selling office furniture. She then moved into off premise catering in Chicago and then decided to finish her hospitality career in restaurants at Boka Restaurant Group. In her role at Boka, Arianna built the events programs, managed the Tripleseat usage across all outlets, and opened new restaurants nationally.

Arianna has lived in Chicago for 8 years now, currently in a neighborhood called Logan Square. If Arianna is not trying out new restaurants, she is probably at home curled up on the couch with a book and her dog Murph & cat Ava.

James has worked in B2B sales for 13 years, most recently leading International Sales for a hospitality technology company. Before that, he worked on GTM & Strategy for a Private Cloud business. He received his Bachelor of Science Honours in Business Management and Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London.

James grew up in South East England, where he now resides again, after spending some time in Banff, Alberta. He has been obsessed with restaurants and food from an early age and also has a keen interest in many sports. If he’s not playing golf or squash, then he’s likely found at Stamford Bridge watching Chelsea.

Xavier was born in France and after graduating from culinary school with a degree in hotel management, he moved to the United States to work for Disney, both at Epcot and Disney Cruise Line. After spending 15 years in the fine-dining industry managing restaurants in Houston and Philadelphia, he had the opportunity to take different sales positions consulting with restaurants, bars and hotels, helping with anything from their point of sales options, back-office cloud solutions, to their video surveillance needs. He’s very excited to have joined Tripleseat where he’s looking forward to developing the southwest Texas market.

Xavier loves spending time with his wife Jamie and their two boys Josef and Beck, their dog Margo, their four cats, and their bearded dragon. He loves cooking at home and dining out with friends, cheering for his boys during their football and basketball games, discovering new wines, boating with his family, and participating in different cars events around Texas.

Chase started in hospitality when he was 18 and has taken on many roles within restaurant operations throughout his career. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, he transitioned into sales with the goal of helping hospitality leaders succeed through technology.

Chase grew up in northern California and currently resides in San Diego. He enjoys traveling, learning new musical instruments, and golfing in his free time.

Born and raised in Serbia, Jovana has called Chicago home for the past decade. With years of experience managing restaurants and private member clubs and working as a sales executive at various hospitality tech companies, Jovana brings a friendly, consultative approach focused on creating genuine connections and memorable experiences.

When she’s not working, Jovana loves traveling, trying out new restaurants around Chicago, and taking long walks by the lake. She also enjoys starting her mornings with workouts at her local F45 training studio or unwinding with a hot yoga session.

Bill has been in and around the hospitality industry for over 25 years. He spent 11 years in the craft brewing industry in Boston before moving to tech sales in 2019 and joining Toast. After spending three and a half years there building out the Northern New England Sales Team, he transitioned to several restaurant-tech start-ups before joining Tripleseat in 2024.

Bill grew up outside New York City and attended Syracuse University before moving to Boston in 2005. He currently lives on the North Shore of MA with his wife, two daughters, and Australian Shepherd, Sulla. As an avid road cyclist and fisherman in warm weather and skier in the cold, being outside is always preferable.

Prior to joining the Tripleseat team, Sara spent years working in multiple industries from education to retail to medical support. Sara grew up just north of Boston but currently resides in New Hampshire. On weekends you can find her walking around downtown or at her favorite local coffee shop. She enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, golfing and going to Red Sox games.

Dillon has nearly a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in implementations and ongoing system management. With five Salesforce certifications, he demonstrates deep expertise and a commitment to delivering effective solutions. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Dillon combines technical proficiency with a strong educational foundation to drive results.

Dillon was raised in a small town in Kentucky, where he still resides with his wife and two dogs. When he’s not at his desk, he can be found walking his dogs, hiking, traveling the states, and (more often than not) renovating his home.

Before joining Tripleseat Katie was a former marketing manager for a large restaurant and nightclub group and worked in sales with digital marketing and ad-tech firm in Los Angeles. Katie is a Calilfornia native living in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. When she’s not on the lookout for the next  great restaurant, you can find her studying nutrition, researching travel, or hanging out with her family.

With almost 15 years of event food and beverage experience, focused on weddings, social celebrations and non-profit galas, Emily worked her way to become the Director of Catering for a global hotel brand and Director of Events for a prominent Chicago restaurant group. However, after using Tripleseat as a customer, she knew that she needed to bring this life-changing software to as many industry colleagues as possible.

After 13 years in the city of Chicago, Emily and her husband are officially suburbanites and she couldn’t be happier. You can find Emily wandering around HomeGoods, in her backyard with her puppy Gertrude, playing washers, or sitting around her fire pit.

After graduating from college in Southern California, Caitlyn got a job with the San Diego Chargers as an inside sales representative. After the Chargers announced their move to L.A., she transitioned to account management with the National Hot Rod Association. From there, she moved into a premium sales role with the New England Patriots where she sold premium seats, suites and sponsorships for five years. Last year, Caitlynn transitioned out of sales and into the event world for the Pittsburgh Steelers which led her to Tripleseat. At the Steelers, she utilized Tripleseat as the event planning software.

Caitlynn grew up in Northborough, Mass. and she went to college at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. Caitlynn then stayed in Southern California for a couple of years until moving back to Mass. During COVID, she and her husband moved to Pittsburgh, Penn. with their two cats, Milton and Moose.

Brooke has been in sales for 6 years. She has worked in restaurant sales for the past 2 years.

Brooke is originally from Montana, right on the Canadian border. She went to school at the University of Montana and lived in Texas for the last 7 years. Brooke has 2 little kids and an English Bulldog that all love swimming!

David is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with both FOH and BOH experience. David has worked as a chef at fine dining restaurants, as well as a sommelier at a Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning restaurant. David went through full-stack coding courses during the pandemic and now uses his technical background and hospitality experience to bring software services to restaurants and event venues.

David grew up in Buffalo, NY, and started in the restaurant industry at an early age. He worked in resorts along the Rocky Mountains and eventually settled in Boulder Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, trail-running, and cycling.

Johnny has been in sales for 4 years following a long career in hospitality, working at the forefront of everywhere, from local pubs to world-renowned cocktail bars and Michelin-starred venues.

Johnny grew up between London and the south coast, leading to his love of AFC Bournemouth. Johnny also loves all things food and beverage and loves to cook at home when not out and about visiting great hospitality spots.

Tiffany started out working in hospitality in Las Vegas in Operations, and she eventually moved back to Los Angeles and continued working in hotels. She made the switch to private event sales a few years back, and that’s when she first started working with Tripleseat as a customer. Tiffany is super excited to make the transition to software sales and she can’t wait to learn and grow within Tripleseat!

Tiffany was born in Korea, but she mainly grew up in Orange County. She went to school in Las Vegas and has lived in Los Angeles for the past 7-8 years. She just moved back to Orange County with her husband, and they are expecting their first baby girl.

Davina has been in sales for four years. She graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa Canada with a B.A in Global Law and Social Justice. All throughout her schooling she has worked in restaurants and has experience with all FOH positions. Upon graduating, she pivoted into sales and believes joining Tripleseat has been a full-circle moment for her career.

Davina was born in Zimbabwe and moved to New York when she was just 2 years old. She loves to travel and has ambitions to visit every continent in the world. On weekends, she loves to cook and host friends and family dinner parties!

Ashley studied sociology at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and has worked in the hospitality field for the past 15 years. She has helped open several new restaurants in Minneapolis and was recently an account manager for a James Beard-nominated chef’s catering company. She loves working in sales operations and supports our West Coast regional sales managers.

Ashley grew up in Minnesota and currently lives in Minneapolis. She loves camping, gardening, and spending time with her demanding Shih Tzu Louis Armstrong. She enjoys volunteering at a kitchen cooperative and is an active community member. Ashley loves working at Tripleseat and can’t wait to see this company continue to grow.

Jordyn has been in tech startups for five years, with backgrounds in both Product Management and Sales. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!)

Jordyn grew up in Tennessee and is currently living in Los Angeles, California. She loves to spend her free time traveling, doing Pilates, and trying new restaurants with friends!

Ella brings nearly 20 years of progressive Hotel Group Sales experience to Tripleseat. During that time, she has enjoyed leading and mentoring successful sales teams and volunteering within several regional industry associations.

Ella lives in Rhode Island with her husband, two kids, and their beloved dog, Del, aptly named after a RI favorite iced beverage! She loves to paddle board and can be found most early weekend mornings paddling on the Narragansett Bay.

Amanda grew up in and currently lives in Portsmouth, N.H. She has worked in the hospitality industry her whole life (including restaurants, hotels, and catering). She loves being able to help people.

Amanda graduated from Endicott College in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. She was the vice president of the events club on campus, Events Management Organization, at Endicott. She completed her senior internship at Tripleseat and fell in love with the company!

For the past 20 years, Patrick has been involved in sales or tech all around the hospitality industry. After attending East Carolina University, he spent about 16 years working and running restaurants in Baltimore City. Next, he leaped to the beer distribution side, serving on- and off-premise accounts and managing various sales teams. Patrick has been succeeding in the hospitality software space and fosters his solution-based sales skills and wealth of hospitality experience.

Patrick grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. After many years living in Fells Point, he started a family and moved to Westminster with his wife Ally and son Sully. He loves spending time with his family, going on weekend golf outings, hiking, biking, and any chance he can get to an Orioles or Ravens game.

Armiyah is a seasoned sales professional who has worked in tech for the past 7+ years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree (Sales Management) from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Arts (Communications) from Lindenwood University.

Armiyah grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where he also currently resides. He loves spending quality time with family and friends, attending live events (sporting events, concerts, comedy shows), and traveling (cruises in particular) during his free time. Armiyah is an information junkie that loves discussing current events and pop culture trends.

Alexis earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston School of Business. Throughout college, she immersed herself in the hospitality industry, working as a hostess, server, and bartender. Additionally, she interned as an associate event coordinator, working alongside a wedding planner within the industry. Upon graduating, she gained four years of experience in the SaaS space within the healthcare sector.

Originally from the charming shoreline of Madison, CT, Alexis now resides in Charleston, SC with her husband and their 2 chocolate labs. She is a beach lover, shark tooth hunter, and a newly found furniture flipper. When she’s not at the beach, or at home, you can find her exploring new restaurants around the city.

Ryan has been in sales for over six years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Endicott College in Beverly, MA. Ryan was also a 4-year student-athlete as a football player.

Ryan grew up just outside of NYC but is currently living in Sarasota FL. Ryan loves to spend time outdoors fishing, biking, and making adventures with his two golden doodles.

Scott has been in sales and sales management for over 20 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. Scott has worked across multiple companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national organizations where his passion has always been creating relationships and providing solutions.

Scott was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia and now lives in Chester County with his wife, four kids, 3 dogs, and two cats. He is a lifelong Philly sports fan and takes his Eagles “fan-dom” very seriously. Scott has also taken on the family tradition of lacrosse and continued it with his own children and is currently coaching his 15 year old daughter’s travel team. His passion is teaching kids to learn and love the game the way his father taught him.

Mike has been in sales for over 6 years, the last 3 of which have been focused mostly on the hospitality space. He received his Bachelor’s in Science from SUNY Cortland.

Mike was born in Queens, NY, and raised on Long Island, NY. He loves experimenting with new cooking recipes, golfing, and gaming.

Grace graduated from Elon University in 2022 and could not be more excited to be stepping into the sales world! She worked in the role of Sales & Marketing Manager for Shark Tank Winners, Storage Scholars, on her campus for 3 years; seeing a 4000% customer-base increase from 2019-2022. She is a natural leader, having worked in several roles in the past that put heavy emphasis on managerial skills and strong team communication.

Grace is a born & bred hockey player who played 4-years on Elon University’s Men’s Ice Hockey team as the only girl in the ACHA. In her senior year of college, Grace started the first women’s team in the ACHA, creating a joint women’s team with Elon & Highpoint. When she’s not hip-checking on the ice, Grace is also a Spartan racer, rugby player, club waterskier, runner, powerlifter & personal trainer. Grace’s heart is at the beach, making the Northshore, MA her favorite place in the world. She just moved to Salem, MA & will start to give skating lessons & personal training next month at Salem State University rink downtown!

Rob graduated from Bryant University in 2019 with a marketing degree. He then started his sales career that summer after graduation with Monotype, where he was a Business Development Representative for a year. During his time at Monotype, Rob worked setting up meetings for the sales reps that he supported.

Rob grew up in Wilmington, Mass., with two sisters (one being a twin). He loves sports and played a majority of the popular sports while growing up, but tennis is the sport that he played competitively in high school. Rob is a die-hard fan of the Pats and Bruins, but also loves watching the Red Sox and the Celtics (RIP Tommy Heinsohn).

Kate received her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and then transitioned right to Rutgers University where she received her Masters in Acting. While working Off-Broadway in NYC, she worked in nearly every position in the restaurant world, both front and back of the house. While loving the stage, she also found a passion for event management and began using Tripleseat! But don’t worry, you can still hear her voice-over work in national TV and radio commercials!

A born and bred New Yorker, Kate just left city life in Queens to have warmer weather in Tampa, Fla. Outside of work, you can find her exploring parks with her husband and toddler and always starting her day with a Peloton ride! On those rainy days, she can be found in the kitchen, baking delicious treats or cooking new recipes for her family. Her favorite is Zuppa Toscana soup but using coconut milk!

Prior to joining Tripleseat, Katlin worked in restaurant tech sales for Toast where she was grateful to assist many business owners through the pandemic. Katlin developed her love for the hospitality industry during college as a Director of Operations at a historic bed and breakfast and interning as an event coordinator for her university.

Katlin was raised in eastern Kentucky and attended the University of Pikeville on a volleyball scholarship. There, she received her BA in Communications with a minor in Art. Katlin moved to Lexington, KY after graduation to begin her sales career where she fully immersed herself in the food, hospitality, and music communities.

Marisa has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Orange County, California. Starting off as a hostess, Marisa would continue to climb the ladder to management which led to her specializing in event management and group sales.

Marisa grew up in SoCal and loves the beach and outdoors. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communications – Public Relations from Cal State Fullerton. When not working you can find her gardening, hiking, eating at local restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Before joining Tripleseat full time, Owen was an intern here and also worked in several positions in the hospitality industry, as well as at part time jobs at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Owen received his bachelor from UMass Amherst in 2019. He played Division 3 lacrosse and loves dogs. Owen will also beat anyone in any game.

Mick has been working in the Washington D.C. area hospitality industry for the past ten years, with a few stops in operations and public relations along the way. Most recently he has sold financing and marketing directly to restaurants and is excited to use this past experience in his role at Tripleseat. He has seen the ins and outs of event logistics, catering, and restaurant work, all while developing a love for pulling off a great gathering.

In his spare time, Mick likes cooking at home for his wife Meghan, hosting a great BBQ, and watching Penn State football with friends.

Scott got his start in consultative SaaS sales after graduating from Indiana University in 2009. He has spent the last 15 years delivering valuable software solutions to businesses he has partnered with in the HR and hospitality space. Scott has previously worked at companies like CareerBuilder, Grubhub, and Fourth, where he recently sold Workforce Management software solutions to single and multi-location restaurants.

Scott grew up in the cold suburbs of Chicago but now resides in a much warmer Austin, Texas. He enjoys getting out and exploring his new city, dining at trendy restaurants, and meeting local business professionals. When he is not out discovering hidden gems in Austin, you can find him playing golf, reading about business, and visiting family & friends back in Chicago and Florida.

Mike spent the last 16 years in the payments world, helping businesses operate more efficiently. He’s held various sales roles throughout his career, most recently as VP of Sales at startup MerchantPro Express.

Mike received a bachelor’s degree in finance from New York Institute of Technology, where he was also a student athlete on the baseball team. He was born and raised on Long Island, where he currently lives with his wife Michelle; two children, M.J. and Mila; and dogs Julius and Teddy.  In his free time he enjoys playing golf, fishing, biking, and volunteering for his church and local baseball programs.

Bryan has worked in hospitality for the majority of his professional career, most recently at the Augusta National Golf Club.

Bryan lives in Atlanta, Ga., and loves outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, camping, and kayaking to name a few. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in health science.

Jill has been in the sales/tech/hospitality scene for the last 10 years. The majority of this time has been working with restaurants and other local businesses to drive more traffic their way and yield long term revenue. Jill loves being able to help local businesses succeed, all the while aiding in creating everlasting memories for their guests.

Jill was born and raised in Chicago. She went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She loves being by the water (water skiing, boating, laying poolside — you name it). Jill spends free time with family and traveling when possible and she’s all about learning new cultures, meeting new people, and trying new food!

Derek has over 15 years of sales experience in multiple industries, including hotel, pharmaceutical, and finance. He achieved a BS in business administration from the University of Central Florida, majoring in hospitality management. In addition, he achieved an MBA at the University of Florida.

Derek was born and has spent most of his life in Florida, but was raised in New Orleans. He currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida. Derek has kept most of his New Orleans roots intact by enjoying live music, great food (especially Southern food/BBQ), and a nice bourbon or sazerac with friends. He also enjoys spending time at Florida’s amazing beaches or out on a boat enjoying the great weather!

Hospitality has pretty much been running through Jamie’s veins since day one, having grown up in her parents’ restaurants and receiving her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from UMass Amherst. After several years of front of house restaurant management, Jamie quickly realized that her passion was in the event management side of the business, and thankfully made the switch and never looked back.

Being born and raised in Massachusetts, Jamie tries to take advantage of all the seasons. In the summer you can find her at the beaches in Gloucester, Mass., and in the winters, skiing downhill as fast as possible … to get her to the après part. Jamie has never met a food that she didn’t like (other than the ones she is allergic to), and loves cooking and trying new restaurants with her boyfriend.

Jade has been in sales for over 5 years, specifically in the food tech industry. She graduated from the University of Manchester in Sociology, and began her career in recruitment. She moved into food tech a has loved it since.

Jade has lived in London for the past 5 years and grew up in Kent just outside of the city. In her spare time, you can find her traveling, at a dance class, or ticking off a list of London restaurants and bars she is yet to try!

Brad is a highly motivated and hands-on professional with verifiable success in sales, account management, business development, and superior customer service. Brad utilizes over three decades of industry experience to support organizations with a service framework built on best practices, continuous improvement, and robust negotiation skills. Brad possesses a natural ability to collaborate with internal and external counterparts, listen to their challenges, and implement a plan that aligns services and solutions with individual objectives. 

Brad has also been teaching spinning for the past 25 years for his passion for fitness and helping others accomplish their goals!

Maria received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her college years, she worked as a receptionist and, in her spare time, planned many events for a nonprofit organization. Since graduating, Maria has accumulated experience in the payments industry and has most recently joined the PartyPay team at Tripleseat.

Maria was born in California but raised in Chicago, where she currently resides. As one of four sisters and a mother, she values time with her family the most. She enjoys exploring new cities, spending time outdoors, staying active, and trying new restaurants and recipes.

Jasmin brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to championing diversity and inclusion in the corporate world as she represents being a minority woman in Tech Sales. She started her career as a Hotel Sales Manager and worked for over seven years at brands like Hyatt, Four Seasons, InterContinental, and Hilton. Before joining Tripleseat, she was a leading Account Executive at two early-stage technology startups. When working with her clients, her approach to sales is rooted in understanding each client’s unique needs and challenges and developing tailored solutions that drive their business forward.

Jasmin is a southern California loyalist and passionate about creativity and exploration. She is an avid non-fiction reader, enjoys writing poetry, and is a die-hard fan of Alina Baraz. She is a proud dog-mom and has been a vegetarian all her life.

Sarah’s love for hospitality started in her teenage years. She was a Barista, Server, and Bartender for over a decade before transitioning into the tech industry. She began with Tripleseat as a Customer Support Specialist and was thrilled to find a company with a like-minded passion for hospitality. She loves helping people and strives to provide the highest level of support.

Sarah was raised in the Southeast U.S. but now lives in Massachusetts with her husband and their dog, Emma. As a recent New Englander, she enjoys exploring her new surroundings, and all that the Northeast has to offer. Sarah loves trying new restaurants and finding a good meal or cocktail. Her happy places are Lambeau Field or anywhere in Colorado, or on the beach on a sunny day.

Mike has spent the last seven years in a customer support role, both in retail and virtual settings.

Mike loves spending time with his family and pets. In his free time, he writes and records his own music from his home studio and helps friends record theirs!

Working in education for the past seven years, Holly spent the majority teaching high school English as well as being a department chair and a mentor to new teachers. Holly also comes from fourteen years of working in the hospitality industry, primarily serving and bartending.

Holly loves going to see live music as often as possible, so she is usually spending her free time at concerts. Holly is also an auntie to eight nieces and nephews, so she gets to spend a lot of time with them as well. Most recently, Holly adopted a dog and has been mastering the art of teaching her how to sit pretty.

Tammy graduated from San Diego State University with an interdisciplinary studies major with focuses on hospitality and tourism management, recreation, and communications. After college, Tammy became the Events and Recreation Coordinator at the Bridges Country Club where she planned family events for members. Tammy is currently working towards a master’s in hospitality and tourism at USC’s Bovard College.

Tammy grew up in the Bay Area, but moved to San Diego to play volleyball at SDSU. Tammy is very passionate about art and does way too many DIY projects! In her free time you can find her at the beach with her dog, out on the town in San Diego, or on the couch watching a Disney movie.

Teresa has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Hospitality Management and began her career working as a front desk agent between classes. She spent the next 5 years working in hotels, in positions ranging from human resources to events, to front desk management. She has always loved being able to help people and is so excited to continue with that now working in Support here at Tripleseat.

Teresa grew up in the suburbs north of Boston and truly believes there is no greater joy than that of a New England fall. She spends her weekends volunteering at a local cat shelter and loves to read – 3 book clubs aren’t too many to be part of. Besides that, you can find her exploring any museums, beaches, or gardens the area has to offer.

Erin has been immersed in the hospitality industry for 10 years, cultivating exceptional people skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, she is dedicated to building lasting relationships and creating positive experiences.

As a Florida native, Erin loves soaking up the sunshine and vibrant culture of her beautiful home state. In her free time, you can often find her out by the pool, discovering new local restaurants, or lounging at home with her golden retriever, Arlo.

Kayla received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMass Amherst. She has worked in restaurants as a server for six years, with one year as a manager. Most recently, she worked as a sales and catering coordinator at a hotel. Kayla’s favorite thing about working in hospitality is that she gets to help and connect with so many people!

Kayla grew up in Western Mass and recently moved outside of Boston. She loves being able to explore a new city! In her free time, you can find her traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Katie has spent the past ten years as a public school educator. Now at Tripleseat, she hopes to continue her passion by educating others as a learning and content specialist.

Katie was born and raised in Massachusetts (accent not included). She enjoys hiking, exploring new breweries, and reading. She also loves to travel; finding a great vacation deal with a beach or some mountains is always her goal!

Aria is a Boston University graduate with a degree in hospitality administration, and she is known for her knack for creating memorable guest experiences. Originally from New York City, she fell head over heels for Boston’s bustling food scene after moving there. Aria’s journey in hospitality started in her teens, where she quickly developed a talent for delivering exceptional service and forging genuine connections with guests.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Aria pounding the pavement on a run, indulging in binge-worthy TV shows, or scouting out Boston’s latest culinary gems. Her passion for hospitality stems from a love of exceeding expectations and crafting unforgettable moments for guests, reflecting her deep-rooted enthusiasm for the industry.

Jessica has been in the hospitality industry for over six years, working as a server, bartender, and occasional host. Before that, she worked in ophthalmology as a certified assistant after obtaining her associate’s degree in medical assisting. She’s happy to continue her journey in hospitality with Tripleseat.

Jessica was born in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Pennsylvania in her teens, but Brooklyn will always be home. You will likely catch her attending a musical or play in her free time, working out at the gym, or planning her next vacation. When home, she will likely be cuddled on the couch with her beautiful, usually well-behaved cat named Fiyero.

Prior to joining Tripleseat, Hunter worked in both education and the hospitality service industry for several years in a variety of roles. Most recently, Hunter was a server and moved to management of a beloved pub and hotspot located in Harvard Square. He brings his passion for teaching and helping people to his support role at Tripleseat.

Hunter grew up in Tennessee before moving to Boston for college. He has lived in Boston for seven years and in his free time, he enjoys collecting board games and watching Science Fiction TV shows!

Mel has over 10 years of experience in food service and Hospitality, ranging from Server to Sorority Chef, to catering for the University of Michigan at the Michigan Stadium as well as for the Alumni at the Golf Club. For roughly the last 10 years, Mel has been working in the tech industry supporting Google products, tax & accounting software, as well as multiple customer experience management platforms.

Mel enjoys long summer days out in the pool and on the family property, and traveling to big cities to wander. She also loves gardening, cooking new dishes, reading, and has interests in health and wellness.

Lawrence has spent nearly ten years working in hospitality, from local bars and casual dining to hotels and shopping mall events. After he transitioned into software and found a passion for technology, he began his journey into software support, and realized he loves teaching and helping people, and learning from others! Lawrence has been helping people navigate online software for five years.

Lawrence is an entertainer at heart but has a passion for teaching and sharing experiences with others. He spent most of his free time as a kid into adulthood studying music and art and even taught music professionally for a while. Now Lawrence studies interactive art and does diversity consulting for interactive theater.

Ashley was a special education teacher for 9 years before joining Tripleseat. She received her master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Southern Maine. She has worked at several restaurants and breweries throughout her teaching career as a server and bartender.

Ashley grew up in a tiny, coastal town in Northeast Maine and currently lives in Massachusetts. She loves spending her time outdoors; hiking, camping, and enjoying nature. She also loves curling up with a good book and her cat, Gus.

Before joining Tripleseat, Michelle worked in both education and hospitality. Michelle spent eight years working as an early childhood educator and twelve years in various roles within the restaurant industry. She has experience in several restaurants, from working as a hostess to busser, server, and bartender. Michelle is excited to bring her education and customer service background to her support role at Tripleseat.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, Boba and Suzy. Michelle loves to stay active, and you can catch her at any of her local barre, pilates, and yoga classes. Summer is Michelle’s favorite season- there’s nothing better to her than laying in the sun with a good book on the beach.

Bash the Bear began his hospitality career in the back room of his family’s Vermont brewery. He would spend his free time foraging through Vermont’s rural landscape for ingredients to craft unique beer flavors. He moved to the big city (Boston) in the early 2000s working his way through the restaurant scene and helping restaurants elevate their flavor profile and bring a more rustic palate to the area.

He pivoted from rustic to tech in the 2020s, migrating to Tripleseat where he can unite his love of celebrations and helping people to his work. Today he is the VP of Tripleseat’s party animals and a well-respected player on the support team, where he is always available for customer questions. He is one bear that doesn’t like to hibernate.

In his free time, Bash has never met a karaoke microphone he doesn’t like and loves to bring his cubs to the lake for some R&R.
