Our Story

Since our beginning in 2008, Tripleseat has been on a mission to make life easier for hospitality professionals like you. After decades in hospitality and SaaS, our founder, Jonathan Morse, was shocked to find that 85% of restaurants were still managing events with pen and paper. The available software was either too complicated or too expensive, leaving operators hesitant to adopt the technology. Then COVID-19 hit, forcing a massive shift—those who survived embraced new tech, but many event managers were left understaffed and overwhelmed. At Tripleseat, we understand the struggles and continue to build solutions that are easy to use, provide real support, and help restaurants, hotels, and venues thrive in a new era of hospitality.

Today, Tripleseat is the trusted event management software solution for over 18,000 venues responsible for booking over 10 million events and capturing over $15 billion in event leads. Tripleseat has grown from two to close to 300 employees.
