Summer is here and in full swing for the hospitality industry. Summer dishes, summer cocktails, summer dining structures, and summer parties are all the rage right now as guests enjoy the warm weather with friends and family. As there always are, new summer trends emerge and can be found in the menus and initiatives of various hospitality businesses.
