We understand that the headlines coming out of the hospitality and events industry outlets are not all sunshine and rainbows right now. There are challenges, different challenges than the industry faced at the start of the pandemic, but still, challenges that pose an inconvenience for the hospitality industry.
While these challenges, like food and staffing shortages, frustrating customers, and the unknown from the Delta variant seem to be top of mind, there is still so much hope for what is still to come and appreciation for the progress made over the past year and a half.
In this episode of Tripleseat’s podcast Two Chicks, Three Seats, co-host Kate Kennedy and I discuss how those in the hospitality and events industry can work to overcome these current challenges and continue in the upward direction. No one has all of the answers, but from what we are learning from our Tripleseat customers, reading about in the news, and seeing in person, this is what we are taking away from the current state of the industry.
