There have been all sorts of trends that have appeared in the hospitality and events industry over the past year. We went through the phase of COVID trends, like takeout kits and virtual experiences, then into the limited dining phase with plexiglass barriers to divide tables, and now in July of 2021, we are in the most normal spot we have been at in a long time. Life almost feels normal again. We have seen some great trends so far and are excited to continue looking out for more through the rest of the summer season.
