Two Chicks, Three Seats Episode 28: Fresh Ideas for Restaurants to Succeed During the Second COVID-19 Wave

Unfortunately, COVID-19 cases throughout the country have spiked over the course of the past week or two. This has caused cities to halt on reopening plans, add curfews, and even stop indoor dining for the time being. Restaurants are now preparing for the worst and adding to their strategies in order to keep up business through the second wave of COVID-19 cases.

On this week’s episode of Tripleseat’s podcast, Two Chicks, Three Seats, Kate and I will provide some fresh ideas to help restaurants shift for the winter season and succeed in the second wave based on trends we have seen from our customers and read about in industry news. It is not about reinventing the wheel, but finding the revenue streams that have worked thus far and revamping them to attract customers to new dining experiences this winter.
