It’s no secret that the hospitality industry is facing a critical moment in 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic brought business to a halt and then a slow crawl as the United States went under quarantine, and then cities and states began to pull back from safety restrictions.

2021 is a year of transition for hospitality. Businesses are continuing to offer some of the creative products, services, and offers designed to generate revenue while keeping safety in mind and gradually reopening and welcoming more customers as capacities are increased by local and state governments.

The industry is poised for a comeback — the COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed and customers are optimistic about returning to restaurants, hotels, and unique venues.

An OpenTable survey revealed that 54% of consumers plan to dine at a restaurant with table service in 2021 at least once a week. AHLA reported that 56% of Americans are planning to travel for leisure or business this year.

We created the 2021 Hospitality Sales and Marketing Playbook to help you jumpstart your outreach to customers and prospects. This guide gives you the tools you need to develop a marketing-driven approach to your sales enablement strategy. Download the playbook below by clicking on the cover image:
