Labor Day weekend is the last holiday weekend of the summer and it’s a moneymaker for the hospitality industry.

In 2020, the holiday weekend saw the most recovery of seated diners since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. For hotels, experts are predicting 48% more people will travel for Labor Day in 2021.

1. Be the party spot

People who don’t have solid plans for a holiday weekend love being able to go to a neighborhood restaurant that has something special going on.

Vista Brewing in Driftwood, Texas, was made for a backyard bash with their 21 acres, brewery, tasting room, and beer garden. Their Labor Day celebration runs from Sept. 2-Sept. 6 and features food collaborations with local vendors, a picnic menu, 16 beers on tap, specials on beer to go, live music each night, and plenty of space to enjoy it all.

4. Provide gourmet grilling supplies

Some people prefer hosting a big Labor Day gathering but don’t want to stress out over the food.
