Our Story 

Tripleseat was founded in 2008 to replace the spreadsheets, emails, and paper contracts many venues relied on to manage events. At the time, most solutions were either too complex or too expensive for restaurants, hotels, and venues. We built Tripleseat to be easy to use and purpose-built for hospitality—bringing leads, proposals, contracts, and payments into one place so teams can book faster and spend less time on manual work.

As our customers grew, so did our platform. With the additions of Gather, Attendease, and Merri, Tripleseat now supports everything from private dining to large-scale events, while helping venues showcase their spaces and streamline planning.

Today, Tripleseat helps hospitality teams book more events, increase revenue, and deliver better guest experiences with less effort.

Why did Tripleseat rebrand?

It’s been 18 years since Tripleseat created the event management software category – a history we’re incredibly proud of, as it got us to where we are now. As we look forward, we wanted our brand to better reflect who we are today and where we’re going: a modern platform built for hospitality professionals and event teams doing high-stakes work every day.  

Our brand experience now showcases the energy, professionalism, and partnership that we bring to you, while highlighting the joyful aspects of the hospitality industry. This is more than just a visual update. It’s a cleaner expression of how we do what we do: show up as your ally and help you create great experiences that drive business results.

What makes Tripleseat different?

Tripleseat is built for hospitality venues of all kinds and sizes, whether you’re running a single location or managing an enterprise group with hundreds of properties. We combine our powerful event management software with decades-long industry expertise to bring every detail into one view and help restaurants, hotels, and other unique venues book and manage events more efficiently and drive event revenue.

It is designed to help event teams spend less time on repetitive work and more time creating the moments guests remember.
