A catering and event management web-based platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues that will increase sales
About us
Tripleseat is a catering and event management web-based platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues that will increase sales and streamline the booking process. It is the first web-based system created by restaurant event planners for restaurant event planners. Tripleseat captures leads through the venue’s website and Facebook page and automatically uses that information to populate everything to facilitate the event manager’s job. It just takes a few clicks and it will build the client database tracking their history of bookings, generate all the documents needed at once, and change them all simultaneously, while also popping the information onto a web accessible calendar which displays it to be accessed anytime, anywhere Tripleseat has taken the restaurant business by storm, providing solutions and simplifying the event process from start to finish.

"When I run into people not using Tripleseat, I bend their ear and tell them it will change their life. I meet with a lot of venues here in Northern California, and I tell them what a timesaver it has been, how helpful it has been with reporting, how it has helped us bring so much more revenue in, how it helps us communicate with clients - it’s such a valuable tool, and I can say with confidence that our event program would not be where it is without Tripleseat." - Johanna Holm, Director of Marketing and Events at Elusa Winery Locals and travelers alike visit Napa Valley’s Elusa Winery to experience its incredible wines through wine tastings, facility tours, and private events. Elusa Winery has grown its private event offerings – hosting wine dinners, receptions, and private tastings - for social and corporate clientele. By automating this process, venues can ensure no leads slip through the cracks, leading to potential lost revenue. The integration with platforms like Constant Contact and Mailchimp further enhances the lead capture process, making it a game-changer for event managers. Shared Calendar Functionality: 💡 The shared calendar feature on Tripleseat provides event managers with a comprehensive overview of upcoming events, allowing them to filter and customise their view based on specific criteria. This level of detail and customisation enables efficient planning and coordination, ensuring seamless event execution. The ability to export the calendar to personal calendars like Gmail adds an extra layer of convenience for users on the go. Streamlined Guest Communication and Payments: 🔦 Tripleseat's Guest Portal empowers venues to communicate with guests, share documents, and even accept deposits seamlessly. The platform centralises all event-related information for guests, providing a single point of truth for event details, discussions, and payments. Happy Earth Day! As an industry, there are many things that we can do to promote sustainability, reduce waste, and uphold eco-friendly practices throughout the events we host. Here are three easy ways to get started with implementing sustainability in events: 1. Go digital with all marketing efforts to eliminate paper waste. As the industry continues to lean into technology throughout the event or conference experience in the form of QR codes and digital maps, for example, continue the digital route with all invites and promotions. Take advantage of all that social media, email marketing, and digital invitations have to offer when it comes to promotion. 2. Lean into eco-friendly swag products when printing merchandise for an event. Go for reusable and practical items over plastic gifts that may be forgotten about after the event ends. Some of our favorite conference and event gifts include reusable tote bags, metal straws, and seed starter kits. 3. Stay sustainable with your event menus, highlighting locally sourced items. When serving, utilize reusable or compostable products. Many restaurants today are already embracing sustainable kitchen practices, so take this mindset from the main dining room to the private event landscape as well. We have more tips where these came from! Check out our full post below with additional ways to make your events more sustainable, and let's all make a difference in our communities. https://bit.ly/4aHIQPO #eventindustry #hospitalityindustry #ecofriendlyevents #sustainableevents #eventmanagement #eventmanagers #hospitality #restaurantindustry

In the same way that private events help hospitality businesses put guaranteed revenue on the calendar, ticketed experiences are another creative way to generate guaranteed sales and show off your venue in a new light. One ticketed event experience we love seeing from our restaurant customers is an intimate cooking class. Why offer cooking classes? Aside from added revenue, cooking classes can help increase brand awareness with attendees spreading the word about their experience, showcase your chef's expertise as a culinary leader, utilize idle space within your restaurant, encourage repeat business from those who already love your brand, and inspire others with culinary passions. What types of cooking classes are common? There are many unique cooking class formats a restaurant can offer that align with its values and cuisine type. The fun thing about cooking classes is that they can be reinvented again and again to showcase a wide variety of specialties. A few thematic cooking classes that we have seen that stood out to us include mastering seafood, pasta-making workshops, vegan-inspired dishes, spice mastery, and the farm-to-table experience. If you already host cooking classes, maybe this will inspire you to build out your offerings even further. If you do not yet offer cooking classes, where should you begin? Well, we put together a step-by-step guide to help you plan, promote, and execute cooking classes at your restaurant. Check out our insights in the post below. https://lnkd.in/egT6KZuf #restaurantindustry #restaurantrevenue #eventindustry #hospitalityinudstry #eventmanagement #eventmanagers #eventprof #cookingclasses #ticketedevents
