Infor is a hotel property management system built for the cloud with the flexibility, security, efficiency, and mobile capabilities to deliver a great guest experience. Their suite of solutions also helps hotel staff to streamline accounting, revenue management, and work order processes.

This partnership provides an integrated guest experience management solution for Tripleseat clients and markets an event management solution to Benbria’s clients, further increasing their profile.
With Loop, hotels can collect feedback from a range of channels at any touchpoint within the customer journey, engage in real-time, and measure their experience including loyalty, satisfaction, and effort by touchpoint.
Digital signage
